You found it! Relax and enjoy the beach, golf, and everything in between. Your family will enjoy this great four bedroom house in a prime location. Located a block away from the New Commons Neighborhood Pool and few blocks from the Sun Ridge Rec. Center with Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis, Kids Splash Zone, Basketball, Volleyball, Workout Room and Oasis Bar & Grill. The Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, community merry-to-round, playground, pier, nature trails, bike paths, clubhouse and more are all part of this award winning Community.
Bayside is conveniently located at Routes 54 and 20 and just minutes from the ocean. Don't worry about driving to the beach, the community offers shuttle service for you to and from the beach.(Memorial Day through Labor Day). Nearby beaches include Bethany, Fenwick, Rehobeth, Dewey and Ocean City. There's a lot for the whole family to enjoy together on the nearby boardwalks in Bethany, Rehobeth and Ocean City. In addition, there are many amusement parks, mini golf courses and water parks. There are many restaurants close by, and shoppers will delight in the wide variety of nearby shopping from trendy boutiques to tax free famous name outlets. The Harris Teeter grocery store is open 24 hours and conveniently located in the Bayside community.
Plan a week or weekend (based on availability). Your accommodations include the amenities listed below, plus a comfortable, friendly inviting atmosphere that includes a screened in porch with addional outdoor deck and a covered front porch with rocking chairs.
Guests will enjoy this home with all pillow top mattresses in each room of the four spacious bedrooms including two master suites with king beds (first story/second story), third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth has a pyramid bunk bed (twin/double) with trundle twin and three and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own TV with DVD player some also have VCR's.
The loft and great room both have a queen sleeper sofa and their own TV and DVD player. Enjoy meals in the oversized eat-in kitchen with seating for at least 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with every kitchen convenience from convection and mircowave ovens, to a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and more. All new stainless appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. Plus a TV and DVD player.
The great room comes complete to meet all of your entertainment needs. Including a large flat screen LCD television with DVD, game table, fireplace and more. The loft is well suited to entertain kids of all ages with a large screen TV with DVD player, Play Station, and various boardgames and books. There is a large laundry room and linens & bathroom towels are included. The home is fully decorated in a beach/tropical/golf theme with lovely beach tranquil pleasing colors and a beach wall mural.

Our stay here last week with two other families was great. The house was very clean. Plenty of room for the adults to hang out while the kids were upstairs in the loft area playing video games. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds. Really enjoyed ending our days sitting on the front porch having a drink.The Bayside community is awesome...beautiful and quiet with great pools that the kids and adults really enjoyed. An added bonus was the small soccer field near the pool that the kids spent hours playing on. Loved having the Harris Teeter supermarket at entrance to Bayside community. Many great restaurants nearby. John and Dayna were great to deal with from our initial inquiry to when we arrived. Enjoyed our stay here so much that we have rented this house again for Columbus day weekend visit.

The listing described and showed this attractive, well-maintained, and clean house accurately. The owners answered our questions very helpfully before and after our visit and left useful brochures, maps, and other information in the house. The Bayside development has excellent amenities (pools, tennis courts) and is very near a beautiful beach.

Dayna & John - For the past several years we have taken a family vacation to the beach. This has been the nicest of all of our trips. Your home is everything as described and then some-the decorating is beautiful. Bayside is a great resort with something for everyone. We have made wonderful Memories and plan on making more next summer when we rent this home again!

The house is very nice and roomy for several families. Kept in clean condition, we will rent this again. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to shopping and beach!! Our stay here was awesome.

This is truly a great home! From the time you walk through the front door you feel at home. It is decorated in a beach theme. The wood floors are beautiful and kitchen has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the home had a lot of space. It was a great place to come back to after being out all day. Bayside has so many things that you can do. They have two pools, kiddie pools, tennis courts, gym, golf, playground and even a carousel. They now have a restaurant in the club house the Oasis Bar & Grille. Great Food! The owners were so nice to work with. They always got back to us when we called them with any questions. We enjoyed this home so much that we are looking into renting again in the near future.

Our family has enjoyed this lovely home in the beautiful Bayside Resort for the past two years. We rent the home for our adult children and their families, who travel a long distance to spend quality time with us each year. Our grandchildren have a wonderful time between the beach and the wonderful amenities at Bayside. There is no reason not to have day after day filled with activities, or if you prefer, to enjoy the beautifully maintained surroundings, and relax. This property is well-maintained and we like the 3 king bedrooms with their own baths. Highly recommended!

This house was the nicest palce we have ever stayed at. Very roomy and able to get quite time if needed. House was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The Crisco's were wonderful people to work with and our experience was terrific!!!we will stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone!!!

This is truly a beautiful home, and it has everything. Lots of space, tv's, games, seating, enclosed porch, deck wtih a grill and a quaint front porch with rocking chairs. The neighborhood has everything. It's easy to go to the beach and to do some outlet shopping. We especially liked that the neighborhood pool was so close and never crowded. The pier and nature trails were also a favorite for evening strolls. You will be very happy with a vacation in this home.

This is a lovely home. We have stayed here for our family vacation for the past 2 years. My children and grandchildren always have a great time. The house has everything included to make a wonderful, easy and stress free vacation. It is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We walk to the neighborhood pool, shuttle or drive to the close by beaches, fish, ride bike, play tennis and really kick back and relax. We highly recommend renting this house in Bayside!
