Newly finished hardwood floors. 3 Flat Screen High Def TV's with DirecTV/TiVo!! There is carpet in three of the bedrooms. Available on request is a pack-n-play crib and a booster seat for a baby or toddler.
There are three floors of living space plus a full, finished basement. The third floor has a small deck and a little peak at the water.
