Listing Description was pretty accurate, but being there was actually better than anticipated. Property was clean and well maintained. Caring and understanding owner. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is just as caring and as responsible as the owner. Again I appreciate the privilege of having nice vacation and great time staying at this property.

We thought the pictures on the website looked nice but they really don't do this place justice! We were so excited to see how big the family areas were and how nice the house is kept and decorated. It is set up perfectly for families with the master upstairs with living area and 2 bedrooms downstairs with a separate living room with TV so kids and parents can have fun in separate rooms. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. It was also very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the views were AMAZING. Can't wait to come back again!

Seven friends and I stayed at Kerry and Keiron's Tahoe home in November and had such an amazing time. It was fully kitted out with everything you could want (including a welcoming bottle of champagne!), completely clean and so comfortable. We had such a relaxing weekend and their home is conveniently located on the water, but not far from grocery stores or nightlife if that is what you were interested in. They had an amazing DVD collection too, which made for two comfortable nights in on the sofa after a soak in the hot tub- perfect long weekend! We plan on going again in the summer.

Sept. 2011 What an awesome house! We had a great vacation here. This house had everything you could ask for & then some! It was so cool to be able to walk right out the back door with our stand up paddle boards to the boat dock. We had a blast paddle boarding on the lake for hours every day & then coming back & relaxing out on the deck with a glass of wine & soaking up the beautiful views & then later at night watching the stars. Thanks Keiron & Kerry! Can't wait to come back!

My family and I have come to the Keys about a dozen times now and this house was just perfect for us. The location and they home itself was just outstanding. The views from the upper deck while sipping wine at Sunset was just something out of a picture book. The dock worked out perfectly with our two Seadoos and two kayaks. The description of their home was totally accurate as well as the pictures listed on VRBO rang true. The property was well maintained and very clean. The grass area was perfect to kick a soccer ball around as well. The owners were quick to answer my emails and answered their phone on the first ring which is very rare. The Marina has such easy access and one of the workers even backed down my trailer for me! The location of the Tahoe Keys is perfect, restaurant, Raley's suits my family just perfectly! Just can't say anything more that just "Perfect!" ~ Cynthia J.

This house in the Tahoe Keys blew us away! We were so happy with our choice and our hosts were so helpful. Everything went smoothly on our trip thanks to Keiron and Kerry. The house was immaculately clean and the views were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed drinking wine on the dock! Best vacation ever!

The house is very well maintained and perfectly appointed. It made our vacation effortless and wonderful. The house has every amenity from a rice cooker to bottle openers, to a fantastic DVD collection that kept our kids entertained. Having the boat dock right outside the back door was great, and watching all the boats parade by the house each night was so much fun. Staying in the keys is like no other place on the Lake. The house was spotless with great furniture, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. It was not like staying in a rental house, it was VERY comfortable! We will be back again next year.

We booked a stay at the South Shore and stayed at several homes in the past in the Keys. The Waterfront house exceeded all the others. A comfortable, well appointed home that is immaculate! The rooms are comfortable, all with a personable touch. This is not like your typical rental with "rental" furniture, linens, and kitchen utensils. This was comfortable, modern but not like you're visiting your Aunt's home. My only issue was the downstairs living area is quite cool despite the the central heating. Would I recommend this property or stay there again - definitely. Also the owners are quite accommodating and genuinely want their guests to feel at home and have a good time. From the bottle of champagne to the generous supply of DVD's, this was a nice get away. You will not be disappointed.

We were a family of 5 and stayed at this property over the weekend. We loved it. The owners have done such a good job of decorating, equipping and organizing the house. It is lovely. It is close to a lake, close to the town and close to Heavenly. I really liked the living room with the fireplace and and kitchen area. I would certainly recommend the property to friends.

Our family stayed for a long weekend in January. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is to die for - well equipped and spacious. Great living room for watching tv/movies (dozens of DVDs available to view, free of charge) or playing a game by the fire. All the beds were so comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and the lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect location for all that South Lake has to offer. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our traveling needs. Our group, which consisted of 6 adults (both couples and singles), was perfectly accommodated by the set up of the rooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and we took full advantage of the wide selection of movies provided. The hot tub was in full use after two days of snowboarding. We were lucky to get the all-inclusive winter deal that the owners offered and I hope they offer similar deals in the future. The owners were extremely helpful, prompt to respond to an inquiry, and very easy to work with. This house is in a great location and I hope to visit in the summer!

The week spent in this property was absolutely what my soul needed. Spend much of the vacation sitting on the deck, or on the dock soaking in the good vibes. Just loved how much it felt like a second home everything was kept up so beautifully, and so cozy friendly. Also loved the kitchen well equipped with all the necessities plus a commercial cooktop and oven, this kept the action around the dining room table more than we usually would have. Although snuck out a couple nights to some great restaurants near by (OMG the Thai restaurant is in walking distance, glad that wasn't discovered til the end of the week). What I also love is you have easy access to all the best parts of Tahoe, obviously the Lake amazing. But could also get to a great restaurant or some good Peet's Coffee in the morning. Spend 4 morning up early with the ducks and hit the hiking trails all within 20 minutes of the house. I can't thank you enough for the vacation of a lifetime which was better than expected.

We stayed for a long weekend in late winter and had a really enjoyable and relaxing time. The house is lovely and well decorated throughout, with a comfortable feel - just as described. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto its own dock, but only a few minutes drive from shops and some fantastic restaurants. There is a short walk that takes you directly to the lake where you can wander along the shore line. We were lucky enough to see the Lake in the winter with the ski slopes open, if you get the opportunity, take the ski lift up at Heavenly Ski Resort - you get the most amazing views! The property well maintained and clean, with very helpful owners. We would thoroughly recommend visiting it!
