Two bedroom, 2 bath on 2nd floor overlooks Gulf and pool area south and west. Sleeps four to six. Fully furnished with a complete kitchen. As close as you can get to the beach in a 2 bedroom in Plantation Dunes. Great south west views of the Gulf from a very large deck. Please see our pictures. 3 sliding glass doors to the deck. No Pets. Non-Smoking.
Take a short walk across the dunes to miles of sandy uncrowded white beach or carry your clubs a short walk to nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course (1-251-540-7000 or 1-888-833-5482) for 18 holes of play. Kiva Dunes is located on the entry drive to the Plantation and is 7100 yards tip to tip. Golf lessons are also available. Refresh yourself after the game with a drink at Kiva Dunes new clubhouse restaurant or take a dip in one of the resorts seven pools. Relax in our buildings sauna or 2 new hot tubs. Or, one of several hot tubs on the grounds. Exercise room available on the ground floor of our building.
The Peninsula Golf Course (1-251-968-8009) is 8 miles back on highway 180 toward Gulf Shores and is 7179 yards tip to tip.

Joe and Evelyn, THANK YOU for the best vacation Kathy and I have had EVER!! Ladies and gentlemen you cannot and will not get any better service from a VRBO owner! Joe and Evelyn were absolutely wonderful to work with and their property was everything they stated and more!! We had the privilege of being one of the last renters of their SunSuite and could not have asked for anything better! The complex is easy to get around and since we already live 12 miles from town the trip into Gulf Shores was nothing. The road is great and it takes no time at all! The peace and solitude of this resort is WELL WORTH the trip into town. We went in every day to eat and speaking of which DO NOT MISS "The Shrimp Basket" in front of the purple octopus souvenir shop. All food was fresh and hot! We will definitely be using this owner for any family trips when the 2 bdrm is needed. You will have one of the best times ever at this resort and working with these owners! Once again on behalf of Kathy and I: THANK YOU!!!!! Andy

We just returned from a wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. It was very well stocked and met all our expectations. I was there with my daughter and her husband and two children and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the beach very much and all the views from the patio are very accurate. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in a well stocked condo....

My husband and I really enjoyed our week long stay last week. Great weather and the condo was so well furnished it felt like home. We had everything we needed right there waiting for us. We cooked most meals there after shopping at Wal-Mart located a short ride from the property. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. No problems at all finding a grill outside to use. Highly recommend going on a charter fishing trip as we caught our limit of fish when we went out. Great Mexican restaurant, pizza and grocery store all in one stop right down the road towards the Fort. Go eat at Oceans it's awesome. Take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and hunt for sea shells there are tons of them over there at the beach. We went to Pensacola a couple of days and went to the light house on the Naval Air Station. A must to go do but wear good shoes as it 177 spiral steps to the top. Don't even bother going to the Flora Bama, hokey, dirty dive that I wouldn't dare eat at. Hang out on the beach and enjoy the sand and sun. We sure did.

We just returned from a great stay in the sunsuite. The views are beautiful and the beach fantastic. The owners were helpful in answering any questions and our stay was delightful. The Plantation is very private and well maintained, as was our unit. Plan on going back soon.

We just returned from a relaxing week here. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in the Sunsuite, we loved our stay three years ago and wanted to return. Very clean, everything we needed was available. The owners sent us all the information we needed. They called to check and make sure we found everything ok. They are easy to contact, you will enjoy your vacation here. Sure wish we could go more often. Oh, forgot to mention we only saw two pea size tar balls the entire week ! Gulf Shores is BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!

The listing is accurate and the photos reflect the 2-bedroom unit. It is very comfortable and affordable. We stayed in the unit for 2 winters. The owners made sure everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with utensils, good quality baking pans and cooking pots/pans. The kitchen has a new stove, fridge. The property is well maintained, staff is friendly, pool was warm. The owners are very easy to reach both by phone and email, and were always quick to answer any question. We enjoyed the private, gated property...the next complex is 1 mile away to the east, and about 7 miles away to the west. Very quiet and secluded, but is only about 20 minutes to Gulf Shores where there are plenty of restaurants, theaters, outlet malls, etc. Must-see attractions are the local zoo, Bellingrath Gardens near Mobile, Naval Museum in Pensacola, Pitcher Plant Bog on the way to Fairhope, and all the local Mardi Gras Parades.
