White sandy beach shores allow for long strolls and are a perfect setting for a day in the sun. The condominium is on the second story with southern sun exposure and sunsets over the ocean each night. This 2000 square foot condominium has one master bedroom with a king size bed, Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All rooms have plasma TVs.
The large living space has a fireplace with sitting area, dining and a large comfy sofa that looks out to the ocean and the plasma TV. Gated with underground parking.
Nestled in the charming town of Imperial Beach with charming restaurants, shopping, and friendly coffee shops. With in walking distance, visit the pier for fishing or try the awesome Halibut Burrito at the restaurant at the end of the pier. Imperial Beach hosts the famous sandcastle competition in late August. SeaWorld is approximately 25 minutes, and Coronado Island is about 10 minutes away with a beautiful scenic drive.
