This exceptional condominium is one of the largest 3 bedroom rental units located on 'THE POINT' at Palisades. It has one of the best unobstructed views on the lake. No boat docks are located in front of this unit.
This 2000 square foot condominium features all the amenities of home. PLEASE NOTE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE! This unit is larger than any other 3BR/3BA condo that I know of on Horseshoe Bend that is for rent. And for your night time relaxation.... Enjoy your private walk-around balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets no other complex has to offer.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with your own personal parking spot. Just eight steps to your doorway to paradise you will see the most beautiful panoramic main channel view of the lake.
As you can see in the photo above, the living room features two sets of 9-foot sliding glass doors facing the lake that exit to a large covered balcony overlooking the Lake with a 6-foot slider on the side. Furniture includes: Theater sofa, sleeper sofa, 52-inch Big Screen TV, DVD/CD changer. And to set the night-time mood, my lights are equipped with dimmers. Makes the setting very nice for entertaining.
The open kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need with a service for 12. The dining room offers seating for six with an additional four at the bar. And if that's not enough, there's always room on the balcony with seating for eight. You won't even have an unobstructive view here. My chairs are bar height size. So no looking between the rails.
The master bedroom boasts another beautiful view with a king-size bed, TV, dresser with mirror, wing back chair and a walk-out to the balcony with another 9-foot sliding glass door. The master bathroom includes his and her vanities, oversized shower, Jacuzzi tub and a VERY LARGE walk-in closet, big enough for the little ones to sleep in. (Has ventilation). The two guest bedrooms offer one king size bed and one queen-size bed with each having their own full private bathroom. The rooms are also equipped with T.V.'s.
IF A VIEW IS WHAT YOU WANT, you will get it here! This condo is full of glass!!

Very nice place to stay! You will be hard pressed to find a nicer condo with such a great view of the lake. The condo is well stocked; nicely decorated; and very well kept. The owners were great to work with and very accomodating. You won't be disappointed with your stay here...Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

Wow - We wanted view and does this condo have it - all directions! Just couldn't get enough of lounging on the big deck and taking it all in. Ate most of our meals out there. Big plus was the Humming bird feeder and all the "little visitors" to enjoy watching. The condo was fabulous and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with anything necessary to prepare meals. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out. The swimming pools were enjoyed by all. Fishing from the docks became a big contest on who caught the most and of course the largest. We were a short drive to all the activities offered in the lake area and managed to hit most of them at least once. The hardest part was leaving after a weeks stay. Our wonderful memories will have to substain us thru the long Chicago winter and looking forward to a return next summer. 5/13/11. Just got back from a ladies shopping weekend and a stay at palasaides. Rain rain rain! But the condo was lovely and spacious.... Clean and verycomfortable. Amazing master bath with lots of room. The other bedrooms were very nice each with it's own bathroom. Spectacular view of main channel. Great covered porch/deck with comfortable furniture. Thanks Peggy for a wonderful weekend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just spent four rainy days at this perfect place. The condo made up for the weather! It was big enough to enjoy without needing the great outdoors, though much time was spent under the covered patio playing games and reading - the patio is huge and beautifully furnished. The condo was immaculate and the view was amazing. It had everything you needed and was very convenient to everything in town. I would come back tomorrow - and would highly recommend to anybody. This Unit was an absolute DELIGHT to stay in for all our family members as we vacationed together. The Unit was very clean, roomy sq. feet in each area, beautiful view, private & family oriented, quality furniture and furnishings throughout, everything you need! Ålso, the complex grounds are kept clean with good fishing available from the docks. The owners are well organized and offer full-time availability with any needed communication. You won't be disappointed in this Unit!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

This was our lst time renting a condo, with 2 other couples. Peggy was great to work with and condo is decorated beutifully and very clean. View from patio was great. We have stayed at a lot of condos at the lake, but this one is the best by far--It is awesome! It is beautifully decorated and is immaculate inside and out. The view of the lake is absolutely spectacular! We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and have made plans to stay again. About the owner: My husband James and I have vacationed at the lake for 5 years before we decided to buy. We always thought how wonderful it would be to have our own place and finally we made it happen. We farm in Illinois, corn and beans, about 4000 acres, together with our family. We have 3 children, triplets! It is such a joy to raise our children in both life styles. We always look forward to getting away from the farm and hitting it hard on the water and relaxing on our balcony.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark:
It was important for us to not have a lot of travel time. To us, this was more of the uppity up area. Just a little over 2 1/2 hour drive and we are there. Once you get to the Ozarks within 5 to 7 minutes you are pulling in to Palisades. We originally looked only at homes but with what we could afford to spend all the homes were like river camps. It was a December day, cold and dreary, finally our realtor, George Bogema said, 'Let me show you one condo, let's just look.' So he took us to Palisades and when we pulled up it was nothing but a bunch of studs. Once I walked on the balcony I knew it was the one and there was no more looking. The view was breath taking and I had no idea what the condo was going to look like since it wasn't finished. But is was the best investment we ever made. It has given us so much joy and we've made many memories.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
One thing that is rare to find at the lake is a nice condo with a great view. Since our purchase we have looked at many and this by far is one of the best. Whether you have a boat or not you will always be relaxed here. It is located out of all the hustle and bustle but the Outlet Mall is just a 10 minute drive away. What can I say, the pictures say it all.
