This exceptional condominium is one of the largest 3 bedroom rental units located on "THE POINT" at Palisades. It has one of the best unobstructed views on the lake. No boat docks are located in front of this unit.
This 2000 square foot condominium features all the amenities of home. PLEASE NOTE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE! This unit is larger than any other 3BR/3BA condo that I know of on Horseshoe Bend that is for rent. And for your night time relaxation.... Enjoy your private walk-around balcony where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets no other complex has to offer.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with your own personal parking spot. Just eight steps to your doorway to paradise you will see the most beautiful panoramic main channel view of the lake.
As you can see in the photo above, the living room features two sets of 9-foot sliding glass doors facing the lake that exit to a large covered balcony overlooking the Lake with a 6-foot slider on the side. Furniture includes: Theater sofa, sleeper sofa, 52-inch Big Screen TV, DVD/CD changer. And to set the night-time mood, my lights are equipped with dimmers. Makes the setting very nice for entertaining.
The open kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need with a service for 12. The dining room offers seating for six with an additional four at the bar. And if that's not enough, there's always room on the balcony with seating for eight. You won't even have an unobstructive view here. My chairs are bar height size. So no looking between the rails.
The master bedroom boasts another beautiful view with a king-size bed, TV, dresser with mirror, wing back chair and a walk-out to the balcony with another 9-foot sliding glass door. The master bathroom includes his and her vanities, oversized shower, Jacuzzi tub and a VERY LARGE walk-in closet, big enough for the little ones to sleep in. (Has ventilation). The two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds with each having their own full private bathroom. The rooms are also equipped with T.V.'s.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
It was important for us to not have a lot of travel time. To us, this was more of the uppity up area. Just a little over 2 1/2 hour drive and we are there. Once you get to the Ozarks within 5 to 7 minutes you are pulling in to Palisades. We originally looked only at homes but with what we could afford to spend all the homes were like river camps. It was a December day, cold and dreary, finally our realtor, George Bogema said, "Let me show you one condo, let's just look." So he took us to Palisades and when we pulled up it was nothing but a bunch of studs. Once I walked on the balcony I knew it was the one and there was no more looking. The view was breath taking and I had no idea what the condo was going to look like since it wasn't finished. But is was the best investment we ever made. It has given us so much joy and we've made many memories.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One thing that is rare to find at the lake is a nice condo with a great view. Since our purchase we have looked at many and this by far is one of the best. Whether you have a boat or not you will always be relaxed here. It is located out of all the hustle and bustle but the Outlet Mall is just a 10 minute drive away. What can I say, the pictures say it all.

My husband James and I have vacationed at the lake for 5 years before we decided to buy. We always thought how wonderful it would be to have our own place and finally we made it happen. We farm in Illinois, corn and beans, about 4000 acres, together with our family. We have 3 children, triplets! It is such a joy to raise our children in both life styles. We always look forward to getting away from the farm and hitting it hard on the water and relaxing on our balcony.
