The apartment is located in Via Maggio, one of the most beautiful and exclusive streets also known for it's important antique dealers stores. It is in the historical center of Florence, in the very heart of it: 50 meters from the Pitti Palace and the Ponte Vecchio and 5 minutes walk from the luxury shops of the famous Via Tornabuoni. By walk you can reach all the main historical sights. There are also grocery stores and all facilities in the neighbour hood.

The apartment is on the second floor of a completely renovated old Palazzo. The beautiful entry way with antique marble floors leeds you to the stone stairs or to the elevator. The apartment has just been restored like a loft, you walk into a spacious livingroom with very high ceilings and two large windows furnished with sofa bed, two armchairs, dinner table with chairs, tv. Off the livingroom there is a large separate kitchen equipped with burners, oven, fridge and all needed plus another table with chairs.

On the second level there is a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower, two sinks and a washing machine. The whole house is exposed to the sunlight most of the day, so it is full of natural light and adding the charm of the old details and the new features, it is very unique and characteristic.

  • We loved this place! Great location! clean, comfortable, very spacious and owners were very hospitable. We felt like locals. Good airconditioner and shower. Great kitchen. market, bank and best pizza ever very close by. Try our favorite restaurant - Goldenview...right on the River. We ate 3 dinners and 1 lunch in 5 days. If you like ceramics, they own Giotta's. We got a beautiful olive oil dispenser with sunflowers...looking at it right now!Ciao!
