Our rental is in a unique setting. This fully furnished cottage has a first floor kitchen, living room and dining room, full bath and enclosed porch.

The second floor has a large bedroom with breathtaking views of LI Sound, Fenwick and South Cove. Deck off upstairs bedroom is available for you to enjoy morning sun with coffee, afternoon nap, sunset and cocktails.

There is a second small bedroom on the second floor, along with full bath. Downstairs has a large bedroom, laundry area and workshop room. An outside access is available to the lovely patio, with beautiful views. An area for small garden and dining is yours to enjoy.
