Shenandoah is located on Long Lake in Naples, with a 125 foot private beach offering spectacular panoramic views of the lake. It is located adjacent to Colonial Mast Campground, yet waterfront is private and surrounded by only two private homes. You get full use of resort amenities if you wish, or if desired enjoy this secluded piece of property by itself.

Long Lake is 14 miles long, has over 45 miles of boating, fishing, and is the head water for Brandy Pond, Songo River, and Sebago Lake. Shenandoah is located in Maine's Western Lakes and Mountain region. We are three miles from the quaint village of Naples, which offers small shops, airplane rides, miniature golf, golf courses, batting cages, restaurants, and the Songo River Queen Cruise Boat.

For the shoppers, we are 25 miles from North Conway, New Hampshire; and 40 miles from Freeport, home of L.L. Bean. In an easterly direction, there is the city of Portland, with the Old Port area, and nearby ocean beaches, maritime history, and lighthouses.
