Trenton - Just 75 feet from the shore! Deepwater on Union River Bay. Built in 1990, at the end of a long lane and just 15 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, this renovated 3 bedroom with an open floor plan has (2) master bedrooms with king beds on the 2nd floor, and (1) bedroom with twin beds on the first floor as well as two full baths. The large open kitchen with granite counter tops and a peninsula is great for entertaining. Spilling out into the living area there is lots of glass and French Doors all facing the western, waterside. Through the doors there is a large deck with built in seating and views across the bay to Newbury Neck and Blue Hill Mountain beyond. The spectacular sunsets are something you will never forget! As for the beach, it is the nicest one anywhere around. With its gentle slope, deep crescent shape and Southwest exposure the water on this large private beach heats up as the tide comes in over the sand and pebbles. It's also a great spot to launch kayaks. Come and enjoy.

My family and I as well as my mother and father in law stayed here in August for one week. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It's location is perfect to everything. We rented kayaks from Acardia One and went out right from the house. It is very quiet. The house is very well kept. We will definetly be renting again. We have two teenage sons, and they also had a great time. Location is PERFECT!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
