Our immaculate three bedroom, two bathroom Condominium is located on the seventh floor of the Island House Building in Sea Colony East. New ceramic tile and fresh paint throughout for the 2009 Season. New solid core interior doors have been installed to increase privacy in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms! Our condo was tastefully decorated with all new furniture for the 2007 season! The living room features a large sectional upgraded sleeper sofa and 42 inch plasma TV for when you need a break from the beach! Dining table seats six people with additional seating for two at the serving bar.
The master bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed with adjoining master bathroom (completely remodeled in 2007). The master bedroom has a new for the 2009 Season 26" Flat Panel TV with DVD Player. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunkbed which includes a brand new in 2008 full-size pillowtop mattress on the bottom bunk. The bunkbed bedroom has a 19" TV with VCR.
