The house is filled with antiques and arts resembling a cottage bed and breakfast. Sleep, slumber or eat on the southern style pillar covered back porch on hot days or rainy days. Filled with antique wicker furniture and cushions for your comfort.
Located just a short walk from the guest only beach, you can slip your kayak or canoe into the lake. Across the street are the members only clay tennis courts, free! A short ride to Bear Mountain to enjoy hiking and biking. Or a couple of minutes to the Croton Reservoir area for outdoor activities. Pull up an Adirondack chair and shade yourself among the fabulous victorian cottage gardens.
A very convenient summer getaway for the New York City dweller yet close enough to all the amenities of the City. Art galleries, restaurants, are located only a couple of miles in Historic Peekskill on the Hudson; daytrips to all other Hudson River front towns. A great opportunity for the renter who wants to be in the country, yet needs the City less than an hour away.
