Awesome 1700 square foot cottage on Deer Lake. Located right on beautiful sandy bottom Deer Lake. Bring your boat or jet ski or just enyoy our row boat for fishing. The fire pit with log benches is the perfect spot to watch the spectacular lake sun sets while enjoying smores or hotdogs cooked on the fire. The water is clear and shallow...perfect for small kids! A great family vacation spot.
Just a row boats ride over to the Boyne Beach house tiki hut and restaurant and five minute drive to Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay Water Park.

Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
My husband and I wanted a place to enjoy the Michigan winters and summers. Deer Lake offers plenty of entertaining outdoor options year round. Our two sons now 10 and 19 always have fun and are now avid snowboarders and always enjoy hiking around in the snow.
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Rental House
I love sitting by the wood burning fire place looking out over Deer Lake. It is a great place for morning coffee or just enjoying a book.
