Great cozy cottage with an awesome lake view and large lot. Fire pit by the lake great even in the winter. Wooded lot next door is great for privacy and also kid heaven for outdoor snow adventure. The back room with a wood burning fireplace and 2 9 foot sliding glass doors is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. We are only 5 minutes to the main Boyne lift.

Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
My husband and I wanted a place to enjoy the Michigan winters and summers. Deer Lake offers plenty of entertaining outdoor options year round. Our two sons now 10 and 19 always have fun and are now avid snowboarders and always enjoy hiking around in the snow.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
I love sitting by the wood burning fire place looking out over Deer Lake. It is a great place for morning coffee or just enjoying a book.
