My trip to Kona

Date of Stay: 12/09/11 Review Submitted: 01/12/12

I stayed here recently when I went to the big island. First, I was intrigued by seeing a victorian homes in Hawaii, and the Keakekuan is a fine example of the era. The room I stayed it was very comfortable, clean breezy. It conveniently located and a short walk from a lot of historical sites. the prices were reasonable and I can't say enough about the owner Charles, he knew so much about the island I relyed on him to help plan my days there.

I invite guests to attend my classical piano salons at the Kealakekua Inn Friday afternoons from 4 to 6. We have a beautiful Russian samovar for tea. Donations are accepted.
