White Cottage is nestled in a gorgeous mountain and woods setting overlooking Pigeon Roost Slough. Just 20 minutes from Cullman Alabama,and about an hour from Huntsville or Birmingham, White Cottage offers serene privacy from the outside world that must be experienced to be fully appreciated.
White Cottage has many modern amenities. Fully furnished with linens, White Cottage has all you need to focus on why you are there, having fun getting away from the dailey grind and relaxing. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher etc, plus all of the cooking utensils and dishes needed to enjoy your stay. The dining/kitchen area, along with the living room looks out onto the lake.
The house opens out to a generous furnished deck that surrounds the house and looks out to the sparkling blue green water. After all, we are on one of the premier lakes in the United States. Considered among the five cleanest lakes in the Country, Smith Lake offers more than 500 miles of shoreline to explore. The beautiful emerald waters are a true boating and fishing paradise. The private single slip dock is equipped with lighting and electrical outlet for your charger should you need to charge up that trolling motor while you are up at the house resting at night watching Satellite TV.
Should you need Marina services, White Cottage is located conveniently within three minutes of Ryan Creek Marina. Ryan Creek offers launching, temporary boat trailer storage, gasoline, oil, a full time mechanic for your boating needs and a cafe for your convenience.

$550/weekend .. $250 in advance to book, balance on arrival.
All rentals require a refundable $250 security dep. & $75 cleaning fee.
Arrive on Friday after 3 PM.
Leave by Thursday at 12 PM for week long stay.
Leave by Sunday at 8 PM for weekend stay.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times around or near the lake.
