Enjoy the floor to ceiling wall to wall oceanfront views from every room of this spacious 750 square foot condominium. Step out onto your private 30 foot balcony from both rooms to enjoy the cool ocean breeze or watch a gorgeous Florida sunset.
The condo will easily accommodate four people, with a king size bed in the master and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining table seats four, with additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you have to cook! The large bathroom has a marble garden tub and his/her marble vanities.
Long Beach is ideally located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, amusement parks and shopping (Super Wal-Mart is right across the street!) There is a huge 6800 square foot lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls, two polynesian pools (seasonally heated), three whirlpool spas, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, parasailing, jet-ski & umbrella chair rental on site, and 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking.

The condo was actually nice with the exception of the convertable bed. I would not ask anyone to try and sleep on this. The roof was being repaired and made access to the building and the beach very inconvienant. There was no internet connection and no cell phone service. No phone in the condo. The lock on the condo did not work part of the time. Kims condo gave me one price for the stay and then changed the price. She had sent one conformation that was correct then revised it and sent me another and told me the stay I had requested would cost me more. The check in process was confusing as the paperwork was not at the security booth and we were not told where to check in at. I would stay at Long Beach resort again and recommend Long Beach Resort BUT I WILL NOT book through Kim's condos again.Owner response: Unfortunately most convertible beds (sofa beds) leave something to be desired in comfort. There is roof work going on, however it does not affect the access to the building, condo or beach. This unit does not advertise internet service, our rental company has no control over how well anyone gets cell phone service in a unit. The only time anyone reported a problem with the lock was when a renter had the balcony door open and someone came in the front door, the front door slammed and jarred the batteries, it was just a simple matter of realigning the batteries. All of our paperwork is emailed to a renter, it is the renter's responsibility to print it off and read it, there is an entire section that covers check in procedures.
