This is a beautiful, surprisingly spacious house with three bedrooms, and a den with a pullout couch. The house is on a secluded private island that you can drive to. The house is 100 feet from the water but the dune blocks your view. The beach is semi-private and on the bay side. You have private stairs to the beach for the people who live in the area.
You will not be disappointed with this house. If you are looking for quiet, gorgeous setting this house is for you. If you have kids they will love exploring this island and you will have no reservations about just opening the door and letting them go have fun.
The house is in south Wellfleet. You are 1/2 hour from Provincetown, and 1/2 hour to Hyannis. There are great public beaches almost across the street from the island if you are looking for some waves (the bay side tends to be more calm than the ocean side).
