Very quiet neighborhood. Walk and Watch sunsets on private beach. Floating dock to catch fish, watch manatee's and dolphins. Located north of Clearwater, 85 miles from Disney. Three malls are within easy drive or by bus. Other beaches nearby are Green Key, Howard Park, Sunset beach, and Clearwater Beach. Several golf courses are within the area. Nearby are the Sponge docks at Tarpon Springs, canoe in spring waters, boating, and the casino boats are within 5 miles, Kayaking using our kayaks off dock, biking using our bikes in area
