Direct oceanview as you enter this fully furnished, Hawaiian surf decorated unit. A spacious master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large walk in closet and an amazing ocean view. A small extra room is appointed with a twin bunk beds. A queen pull-out couch is available in the family room. Laundry facilities located right out your front door. All bed linen's, towels, two tv's, vcr, dvd player and stereo are there for your use. Wi-fi is available in the unit and the cabana.
Located on non-driving side of the beach this condo is very family oriented. Both kiddie pool and large swimming pool are seasonally heated with a poolside Cabana offering showers, bathrooms, gathering area and gas Barbecue grills. Shuffleboard is available on-site.
New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located 1 hour away from Orlando Attractions. Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. A plethora of outdoor activities are available including surfing, biking, kayaking, sailing, fishing and just relaxing on the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Hacienda del Sol II
We loved this family friendly complex with the kiddie pool and no-drive beach. The main reason we purchased here was because of the bunk room. And of course the GREAT ocean view. The minute you open the door to the condo, you see the ocean and all your worries are gone!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Since this complex is small, we enjoy seeing other owners often as well as the renters that come back year after year. We opened up the kitchen area several years ago and just retiled the bathroom with new vanity and toilet.

We purchased this condo when we only had one child. As you can see we have grown thus the bunk beds in the bonus room. We are from Orlando and enjoy our trips to New Smyrna Beach! They love to go surfing with their dad :) And mom likes to hang out on the beach!
