This 1880 Savannah townhouse, within view of Forsyth Park's fountain, has been totally refurbished and is now available for truly discriminating travelers.
As the pictures demonstrate the home is decorated in period antiques and reproduction furniture. Antique bedframes, chests, armoires, and accessory pieces are used to set the mood of historic Savannah. Heart pine floors are throughout.
Inside find a beautiful living room and separate dining room, each with its own fireplace separated by a set of original pocket doors. A powder room and new kitchen are also on the first floor.
Walk through the French doors of this totally modernized kitchen and find yourself in a beautiful private bricked courtyard. The deck and courtyard have table seating for eight. There is an electric grill on the deck as well.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two with full baths. The middle bedroom has private access to a bath. Six adults can comfortably be accommodated. A crib is available.
