Enjoy a movie on the 42 inch plasma with full Bose surround sound system or just kick back in the leather recliner for an afternoon of reading. While relaxing in front of the snuggly gas fireplace, enjoy the panorama of unobstructed views of Beaver Lake.

Wake up in the large master bedroom with a peaceful observation of the lake. The master suite provides comfortable king size bed in luxurious linens with plenty of storage in walk in closet. Closet wraps around into laundry area and master bath with separate dual seat shower. Soak in a bubble bath in the old-fashioned clawfoot tub for a luxurious afternoon retreat. Charming privacy of the separate guest suite off the screened porch is perfect for couples or in-laws. Separate guest suite has queen bed, full bath and satellite LCD television. Walk out to the screened porch for your choice of ping pong, foosball or play one of the numerous board games provided. When was the last time you enjoyed an afternoon of Monopoly? Take time out to watch the colorful sunsets on the lake from the three-person covered swing on the lawn. If you would like to enjoy some sun or shade on the lawn overlooking the lake, take a relaxing nap on the two person hammock.

This property offers a unique view of the lake from two sides of the home. It is lakeview and, although it is directly on the lake, the walk is too steep for direct access. Public launching areas for boating offer several locations less than five miles from the home. Canoe rentals available for a float trip at nearby Withrow Springs.

Gourmet kitchen with custom maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. Bar stools for six wrap around the unique U-shaped kitchen counter that is open to the dining and living areas so the cook doesn't miss out on the entertainment. Canadian birch hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Off the living area are two more bedrooms and a full bath, with seated shower. Both bedrooms have queen beds with lush bedding. One room offers a 32" LCD television for watching television or playing video games. Bring your gaming system for quick hook up on this television or the large plasma television in the living room. It also features a comfortable recliner. Oak blinds provide the option for privacy or letting in the outdoor light.

One level living space makes this home safe and easily accessible for small children or those with mobility issues. Latched gate on the deck keeps small children from leaving the deck unattended.
