Just steps to the beach with a panoramic ocean and beach view from our direct ocean front unit in the Seawatch, which is on 115th Street and Coastal Highway and is Ocean City's largest, best managed and beautifully appointed/decorated condominiums with a hugh and varied number of amenities as well.
Our unit has one of the best views in the building and is just about as close to the ocean and beach as you can get - - meaning that you'll hear the roar of the ocean and never the sound of traffic. The unit is on 12th of 20 floors, and you can see the ocean and beach from the living and dining rooms, the kitchen, the master bedroom and the balcony. You can also step out the front door or onto the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the bay. In addition to the view, the unit is beautifully decorated with furniture, wall hangings, carpeting and plank wood tiled floors. It's in excellent condition, comfortable and completely color coordinated and has a den, which may be used as a third bedroom and which includes a sleep sofa, TV, VCR, decorative hall tree for hanging and storing clothes and bookcase with books, games and and a stereo sound system.
Finally, there are electrical outlets galore for your use, extra cabinets in the kitchen for storage and screening across the balcony railing for child safety purposes.

My husband, myself, and 3 year old son stayed in this beautiful condo for 3 nights. The condo was clean and well maintained. Loved the elevator service. The elevators are quick and effecient. The entire property is very family friendly. We had no issues with other persons being too loud or inappropriate. Very peaceful place to stay. The owner of the condo was awesome in working with us for the dates of our vacation. This condo is located at a great location away from the main hub but close enough drive. Would definitely stay here again and again.
