End of the road privacy, Game Creek mountain bike trail just 1.5 miles from the front door, national forest endless hiking out the back door, just south of the town of Jackson.

Enjoy our mountain & Snake River views, our garden of organic lettuce, snow peas, and carrots, raspberry patch, and hammock. Just 4 miles to the Snake River for fishing, rafting, & swimming, 9 miles to town of Jackson, 23 miles to Grand Teton National Park, 60 miles to Yellowstone. Yes, in Jackson Hole you can hike, climb, horseback ride, rodeo, fly fish, mountain bike, scenic & white water float trips, golf, shop, or just kick back & relax. Game Creek Ranch offers horse leasing options, just 1.5 miles away at the base of the canyon.

This 3000 square foot home was designed to fit into the hillside between an aspen grove and a pine tree grove. Wonderful forest views out the back of the home, while the front boasts a field of wildflowers, views to the Snake River, and mountain views of the southern Teton range. Guests the summer of 2007 saw elk, deer, a fox, and a black bear while visiting. The property backs up to national forest, there are hiking trails to explore. One family found elk antlers while hiking which they shipped home as a unique souvenir. Sand box, tree fort, and youth basketball hoop add more activities for the young at heart.

The house rental includes the use of all bedding, linens, towels, dishes, pots & pans, furniture, firewood, etc. The home sleeps 8 in beds, 3 more on air mattresses & a sofa bed.

The home includes: high-speed wireless internet, a television set with a DVD player (as well as satellite radio,Direct TV), local phone service, granite counter tops, knotty alder trim & cabinets, convection & conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top, toaster oven, coffee maker & bean grinder, clothes washer & dryer, outdoor gas BBQ grill, interior fireplace/wood stove.

The layout is: Top Floor- Master Bedroom (Queen bed) with Bathroom, walk in closet, Second Bedroom with one twin bed.

Main Floor- Kitchen, Dining Table & 6 chairs, Island with 3 bar stools, sunken great room with large sectional sofa, armoire with TV, games, puzzles, full bathroom, Third Bedroom (Queen bed) with sleeper love seat (kids 3/4 size bed), mud room/entry way with clothes washer & dryer.

Full daylight basement with Fourth Bedroom (twin bed & two twin air mattresses), third bathroom, family room, Fifth Bedroom (2 ft deep queen air mattress) (there is an open pass through doorway between 4th & 5th bedroom, ideal for parents & kids)

All payments via US BANK check or credit card via PayPal online, when reservation is confirmed. Refundable $500 security deposit within 30 days of check-out.

NO PETS and NO SMOKING or immediate departure & security deposit will be forfeited. Basic cleaning included, if home left in poor shape, any cleaning after 8 hours deducted from security deposit.
