This is a 2500-square-foot custom home on nine acres of privacy with views of Lake Granby, the Continental Divide, and wildlife literally off the deck at times.
Master suite has double shower, jetted tub, and balcony overlooking the spacious living & dining area with the 23-foot-high, authentic river rock fireplace. Second bedroom is furnished for a couple with queen-size accommodations or can easily sleep four or five children with the futon bunk, this is a junior suite with its own private bath with shower.
The TV room is convertible to a bedroom with a queen-size futon and adjoining bath with shower, making it a very functional third bedroom suite.
Abundant decks to enjoy the view and barbecue, even in winter months you will enjoy the great outdoors on these south-facing decks during one of our 300 days per year of Colorado sunshine.
Grand Lake Village & Rocky Mountain National Park 10 minutes away, four golf courses within 15 minutes, marinas within sight. Hiking, fishing in private pond, mountain biking, all at the door step. One of the finest restaurants in the county, Caroline's Cuisine, is at the bottom of the hill from the ridge-top location of the home.
