Lovely spot

This property is all that it claims to be for a very good price. Our host Ned was most helpful and charming. Very well appointed with quiet, laid back charm. Beautiful view of pleasent bay. I would recommend to anyone. It was larger than expected but would say it really is for 2 not more as upstairs is loft. Susan

Perfect for couples!

Guest: UK couple (Northampton, UK)
Date of Stay: 07/23/11 Review Submitted: 08/14/11

We stayed here for a week at the end of July 2011 and had a fantastic time. The accomodation is managed by Ned, a colourful character who makes an excellent host, helping us with advice and local tips, ensuring our stay was memorable without being intrusive. The house is perfectly positioned to explore the Cape and has access to a great beach without the trauma of the town beach crowds or parking. Accomodation is clean, comfortable and the view from the deck is priceless. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater, the lounge great for late evenings and the deck perfect for daytime relaxing. The view from the bedroom over the bay is also fantastic. Mike (former work mate of Ned) is a friendly, all round great guy who very kindly took us out on his boat for a trip round the bay. The acid test of any accomodation for me is whether I would recommend it to a friend or go there again myself and the answer would be yes to both!
