I had a wonderful stay in this immaculate studio tucked away in a great location. Marilyn was terrific to work with and I highly recommend everything about this charming studio with spacious deck.

This great bungalow has it all: Location, Relaxation and close to Action. You can walk amongst the many cool Clarksville eclectic homes, or hit the Zilker Park trails with a little navigation. You are less than 1.5 miles from the wonderful Barton Springs and from here to flagship WholeFoods store are all kinds of cool shops and restaurants to check out. Simply stated the host and hostess are very welcoming and we felt as if were home away from home. The bungalow was so welcoming with just a few steps from the car and a killer deck in the trees to hang out in for a cuppa Jo (nicely provided) or a sip of wine, this place is special. The decor is very zen and just has everything you need from Wi-Fi to a French Press! We really did not want to leave the bungalow or Austin! We'll be back :))

This conveniently located apartment epitomizes Austin with fairytale trees and a magical porch from which you may perch to enjoy them. It is private and welcoming giving you the feeling that you are far away from the city while you are within walking distance to just about everything. Marylin and Lex are down home concierge of excellence and make you feel like family. A++

This is such a lovely, cosy and conveniently located place. It's great for a couple or someone travelling solo. Plus the owners are so helpful and friendly. I loved staying here. I'd stay here again for sure.

my husband and i absolutely loved every second of our stay. we felt comfortable and relaxed with doors open and the birds chirping-it was a perfect scene for our morning routine. when you look out the windows all you see are trees-you forget that you are seconds from a bustling hectic downtown. the apartment was SPOTLESS- and Marilyn was a great hostess- anything we needed she was willing to get for us. this is the perfect place to stay in austin- it is private and quiet which you can not get at most hotels! we will definitely stay here again.

We just got back from staying in this VRBO and I can't say enough about it. We have rented VRBOs all over the world and this is definitely one of my favorites. Amazing value, very quaint, very private, equipped with everything you could want, super clean, very relaxing and GREAT MOJO! Marilyn supplied us with yummy local coffee as well. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic!

Pictures show what you get. Visited Austin in Oct 2009. True Clarksville location. Quiet area close to downtown. Really nice owner lives below. They had a really nice dog which we only saw/heard when we arrived. Nice house with easy parking. Simple kitchen gives you what you need from a studio. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back on our next visit.
