Trish, Hello, we’re finally settled, though we miss the warmer weather that we experienced in Florida. We had a great time, and thank you so much for letting us rent your home. We all had plenty of space for sleeping, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the house, and the larger one at the clubhouse. We felt very comfortable and safe staying in your home, and the personnel at the gate were extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t believe how close we were to all the theme parks. We had a great vacation with our granddaughters and their parents, and really enjoyed staying at Windsor Palms. It’s a nice gated community, and very close to all the attractions. Hope to return again, and will certainly pass along the rental information to friends that plan to visit in Kississimmee. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this villa from 12/27 - 1/1 and found it to be every bit as wonderful as described. The location was perfect for Disney - the New Years weekend was one of their busiest times but we were still able to get to and from the parks fairly quickly. We enjoyed all the nearby restaurants that we visited and found them to be good value. Trish was very helpful during the booking process and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately our visit coincided with a cold spell for a couple of days and so (as Trish had warned us) the pool didn't heat up, but we all loved the main pool at Windsor Palms which was warm at all times!

Thank you so much Trish. We had a super time in your villa and in Florida. It was lovely to return to your cool and spacious accommodation, after the searing heat of a July day in Florida. Everything we could possibly want/need had been catered for and your instructions and notes of information easy to follow and helpful. The location of the villa was perfect for us. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and, of course, Disney. We were 10 mins door to door from Animal Kingdom and 15 mins to Hollywood Studios (taking Sherbeth Road). Thank you so much for all your efforts and attentive approach. Should we plan to return to Orlanda I will be in touch!

Our third time to Disney was a charm! We found the perfect place to stay. This villa was great!! A wonderful homey feel - a home away from home type of place. Owner is AMAZING to deal with and they have a management company who is immediately available should you need them....and they stopped by twice during our stay to make sure things were OK and that we were comfortable. You can't ask for better service than that!!! This is where we will be coming for our future trips to Disney.

This was our second time staying at this house and we could not be happier. the house was just as nice as the first time we stayed there. And Trish is easy to deal with and if you have any kind of problem at the house Emma is fast to take care of the problem. i would highly recommend this house. and Windsor palms is family friendy and very clean and quite.

Not only was the weather amazing but this rental home was fantastic. My family enjoyed the spacious home and we loved BBQ'ing in the back while the kids were having fun in the pool! The Clubhouse is conveniently located around the corner and the clubhouse pool and hot tub were a nice feature along with the convenience store, movie theatre, workout room and playground as well. Everyone at the pool was so friendly, we will definately stay here again! When an issue did arise we called the number given and the service was great! Thank you very much for everything - we could not have asked for anything better!

Hi Trish, Just a short note to update you on our trip to Florida and our stay in your villa. Once again, it was fantastic. The new paint job really spruced the place up. It is truly an incredible vacation experience and a wonderful place to stay. Emma was a great help. Upon our arrival the propane tank for the gas bbq was empty and was outdated and needed to be replaced. I called Emma about this Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon it had been replaced with a new one. Part way through our holiday the phone service went down, and again I called Emma and she had that problem dealt with promptly. We really had a great time and your villa is second to none. We have been to Florida five years in a row, so may give it a miss for next year, but fully expect to be going back in the year after that, and I will definitely get in touch with you at that time, and in the mean time, I will recommend your place to any of our friends or relatives who may be considering traveling to Florida for a vacation. Trish - Hope you are all well must apologise for not writing to you sooner I have had a bit of a job adjusting back to things once home. We all had a absolute wonderfull holiday Trish - your Villa was fantastic and we found everything in the villa usefull and very well equipped - we travelled around and went to most of the parks but there is so much to see and do you could just keep going and finding more things to see and do - it was really really hot as you did warn us! but we did manage to cope with the kids with lots of water and suncream! Your management lady (sorry whos name escapes me at present) did try to see us on several occasions she had popped her card through the door a few times to make sure we were all ok but were out every day so she would of been hard pushed to catch us - the pool man came that day to sort the pool after speaking to you so thankyou so much for sorting that out for us. Reading all the really positive notes in the guest book I can see that our thoughts were shared with the others that have stayed at your villa that we had all enjoyed our time there. We would really like to return back but when I dont know? we may wait until the children are a bit older but we will see how things go but would be delighted if we would be able to stay at your villa again. We stayed at the above villa in early June of this year and had a fantastic time. The villa is lovely in every way and is laid out very well for families sharing a villa. The decor and condition was fantastic and catered exceptionally well for children offering a games room with Playstation, Snooker/Pool table etc The pool was crystal clear and maintained each week and the Management company came and introduced herself in case we had any problems. As for the Gated Complex - we couldn't have asked for any more! There is a small cinema that we took advantage of a couple of times, the pool is lovely and was never too busy, the shop was well stocked though prices were a little higher, understandably so and the grounds were kept trim and tidy. All in all a superb stay - we couldn't fault anything - that's rare for me!!

This is the 2nd year we have rented this villa. It has everything you could possibly need on your holiday. The pool was great and very much needed to cool off. The parks are nice and close by so the location is fab. The villa was spotless when we arrived which was great. We would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about going. We love Florida!

Trish (& Emma) I wish to share with you the outstanding vacation my family had at your Orlando Villa. Both your and Emma's (your local management team) communications was outstanding, responsive, clear and very professional. The emails and generosity for telephone calls to both yourself and Emma ensured everything was lined up especially given such a short period between my request and our arrival dates. Upon our vacation departure, our strongest memories was the cleanliness and working order of everything. We've rented over 8 times in the community and our experience with you and your villa was the best we've had. Outstanding recognition to Emma who went above and beyond in addressing our special request for pool blanket. It was in the back yard the next business morning. Emma uses the telephone very effectively and I always felt that Emma was just around the corner if we needed anything. Finally, your openness of information and it's validation was very easy. Your web site and other site listing data (emails, names, your telephone/mobile numbers, villa address info, villa telephone # & listing registry name, management firm & website and their contact names/numbers) were all consistent and easily verified independently. Let me just say this: our holiday in Florida was absolutely wonderful, and your villa was second to none... just fantastic.... so I thank you for that... Emma apparently phoned a number of times but we were always out!!.... she did come by and left a note in the door for us to call if there were any concerns, but gosh darn, everything was perfect!! the weather was great... it was only the last two days that I wasn't wearing shorts and a T-shirt as it got cooler and rained a bit. Anyway your accommodation and the whole experience was just terrific. This was our fourth trip to the Orlando area in 4 years and it was every bit as enjoyable this year as it was the other three years...Should we decide to go back again next year and we may very well do so, in which case, I will definitely get in touch with you....we are also thinking of perhaps going to Hawaii next year.... you don't happen to own a place there, do you?!!! So thanks again Trish.... everything was just perfect.... and we really appreciated the whole experience..... You people were terrific to deal with... A couple of other things I should mention is we enjoyed your games room in the garage, specifically the pool table and ping pong table.... a very big feature for us, (and I realize it may not be for everybody, but it certainly was for us) was the gas bbq..... while we did go out for supper a few times, being able to bbq supper at the unit saved us literally hundreds of dollars. Our 10 day stay was extremely comfortable and very relaxing at the end of those long days visiting the Orlando attractions. As an added convenience, the Windsor Palms community provides that extra comfort level that comes with a gated community while also providing quick access to the Disneyworld theme parks which are 10-15 minutes away, if that. Universal Studios and Sea World are not much farther! We also want to thank you for the ease in the booking and reservation process. The communication was superb! The location of this villa is probably one of the best for visiting Disney. Its close proximity to the I4 also makes it very easy to reach Universal, etc. I posted a shortcut to Disney in the villa guest book, but you'll only find it out if you stay in the villa. All details in the owners description are accurate and my kids had a great time both in the pool and the games room. Didn't use the community pool this time, but the whole Windsor Palms area is clean, tidy and quiet. Communications with Trish, the owner were superb from first email to last and the small touches really make the holiday experience so much easier. Great villa, great location and I am more than happy to recommend it to anyone looking for well priced family accomodation near Disney. Hopefully my own family will get a chance to use it again.

This is our 7th year staying in a villa at either Windsor Palms or Windsor Hills. We absolutely loved your home. The pool was wonderful and heated to perfection!!! We swam every day (even with temps in the 50's) We will absolutely be back. :)

This home is absolutely lovely. We were fortunate enough to stay here for a full month, and it was fantastic, we did not want to leave. The location is amazing but we know the area well, so booked the villa because of the location. It truly is near to Disney, and you can easily see the fireworks from the gatehouse entering the estate. It take literally minutes to reach the parks. The house is fully equipped and has every amenity that you could wish for, and some!! The clubhouse and facilities are near the property, and offer a friendly helpful service. I will definitely use this property again, and would strongly recommend it. There are four good size bedrooms with the master suite being absolutely huge!! and a bath to die for.. The games room is a great addition to the villa, allowing children to play as noisily as they wish, with all the facilities that are provided, including video/tv/computer games console. I have stayed in many properties in Orlando and elsewhere and this is the best.

I have neen on alot of holidays in my time but never one that brought a tear to my eye when it ended. This villa contributed a huge part of this experience! The villa is so spacious, clean, extremely comfortable and so close to all attractions in the orlando area. Disney is sbout a 5 minute drive,close enough that when we sat out in the lovely pool area at night we could hear the fireworks going off in Majic Kingdom,a show everyone should see!! We managed to visit 7 Parks while staying here.Seaworld,Aquatica,Universal studios,Islands of adventure,Wet and Wild,Majic Kingdom and Busch Gardens. The longest drive was Busch Gardens at 50 mins away, the rest extremely close to the villa,max time in car driving around 25 mins to furthest park. Bearing in mind if we wanted to do all the Disney parks it was on the villa's doorstep practically but we had to have those rest days round the villa pool!! Very big plus point is the private pool. We have been trying to get our 4 year old son swimming here back in Scotland for a long time now. 2 weeks in Florida seems to have sorted that for us. Kieran after 2 weeks was swimming in the pool, even snorkling with the equipment supplied by the owners. This made hiring a villa and private pool so worthwhile! I would not hesitate in reccomending this villa to anyone. The service we received from the owners was on par with a 5 star hotel and i truelly thank them for this. The home was beautifull and to be honest when we visit again ill not settle for anywhere else apart from 8113 fan Palm way!!! They say dreams come true in Florida, ours really did!!! We have been down to Orlando on several occasions in the past but this is the first time we opted for a rental home versus a hotel. Your home was clean, comfortable and had all of the conveniences of home plus some. The fact that we knew after a long day in the sun dealing with large crowds of people we had the perfect quiet retreat awaiting us made things much more tolerable and enjoyable. Our family just returned from a week staying at this home in Windsor Palms. The house is great - very clean and family friendly. Our girls loved the pool. The best part for mommy and daddy was being able to put the girls to bed and then enjoy the rest of the house ourselves. The house was very close to all the Disney parks, which was fab when you just want to get home after a long day out. We had a great time.

Seven of us have just returned from a great fortnight at Windsor Palms. This was our eighth visit to Orlando and the best site we have stayed on.....fab location just two minutes from the 192 as well as offering a communal pool and clubhouse. It's always a highlight to have your own villa pool, but the communal pool allowed the kids to mess around a bit more, so best of both worlds. Luckily, we were very near to the clubhouse etc, so when the kids forgot their goggles it was only a minute to walk back. The pool shop served Starbucks coffee and many other essentials! The villa was beautifully furnished and had more than we needed, everyone loved the games room. There were plenty of chairs and beds around the pool for everyone. An excellent choice.
