Email from guest of Evergreen Cottage - spring 2009: Hi Lisa, We're glad the extra night worked out. We had a great time! Did a lot of hiking and saw 15 different waterfalls. This get away was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the cabin also. Very cute - and clean! Nice location and we appreciated the privacy the place offered. (We live in the country with a woods behind us) We hope to come back. My husband would LOVE to hike from Grand Marais to Munising! We did a wonderful 10 mile hike in Pictured Rocks - just beautiful!! No black flies at all our whole trip. I think it was just cool enough (and windy) to keep them away. Lucky us! I am hoping the next trip to the U.P. will be in the fall -I have your site bookmarked. They had great food and entertainment. I happened to see that the Cottage is up for sale. Could you send me some more info on that? We're interested in a cabin in the UP, and that would suit us well.
