This beautiful, large 4 bedroom/2 bathroom colonial central air conditioned home, sits on a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped 2 acre lot in the sought after area of scenic route 6A. Only 2 miles to the dunes of Sandy Neck Beach, one of the top 10 beaches in Cape Cod, stretching 6 miles, and a short 5 minutes walk to Mill Pond where you can Canoe (canoe provided) fish, or daydream.
A spacious open floor plan and large rooms with wood floors throughout provides the perfect stay with family and friends. Cathedral ceilings, 2 fireplaces, skylights, a wet bar, central air, ceiling fans and modern conveniences make this immaculate home a truly comfortable vacation place.
For outdoor activities, we have 3 adult bicycles, toys, towels and beach chairs, badminton, croquet and volleyball sets.
On the 1st floor, there is a fabulous great room. Watch TV on a 42" Plasma screen or listen to relaxing music while being mesmerised by the beautiful scenery surrounding the private garden. We have board games, CDs, DVDs, and high speed internet for you to enjoy. There is also a wet bar for entertaining with friends, family, or by yourself. The kitchen is opened to the dining room.
Depending on the mood of the day, you can choose between eating around the island or the dining room which has sliders to the deck. Of course, you can always dine on the deck or lie back and catch the sun's rays. There is also another cosy sitting area around the 2nd fireplace where you can read or play games with family and friends. There is also a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom.
The master bedroom with a king size bed as well as 2 other bedrooms ( queen size and 2 single beds ) are upstairs and have a wonderful view of the adjoining forest and its wildlife. The upstairs full bath has a cathedral ceiling and skylight and is very bright. Enjoy relaxing on your 2 private decks, grill on the gas barbecue, or shower outside after a fun filled day at famous sandy neck beach.

My wife and I, along with friends of ours, have vacationed here for the last two years, and I cannot imagine finding a more perfect place on the Cape. We will continue to stay there as long as Pascal and Lisa will have us!
The house is so beautiful that we even wanted to include some of it in a feature film we've directed, so the rooms in the house will be world famous (fingers crossed) when the movie is completed. We looked at several different places to stay on the Cape, but nothing held a candle to it!
Beyond all that, and in addition to the fabulous amenities provided for us each year, we have never had better owners/hosts for our vacations. We have always felt like more than just renters, because of the way Pascal treats us, and again we will continue to return every year.
I'm only sorry we just returned, because I'm ready to go again! I can guarantee that anyone who chooses to stay here will find this beautiful, spacious, and absolutely wonderful house the perfect vacation spot. Consider yourself very lucky that you have found the absolute best place to stay.

We had a great holiday in a fantastic house situated in a perfect location. It was the first time we had booked a vacation direct with the owner, and Pascal was extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole process so easy.
The house is exactly as it appears on the website and it is an ideal location for exploring the whole of the Cape, as well as being only a short distance from Boston.
We thoroughly recommend the house and are looking forward to returning soon.

We are very picky about aesthetics and loved the whole experience. The location is beautiful and quiet right off the charming historic Route 6A, the property is quiet and just what you imagine when you think of Cape Cod. The interior is very well kept, comfortable, and nicely decorated with shabby chic flair. We could have stayed another week. The owner is very organized, personable, and warm. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet, low-key, yet fun vacation. There's lots to do nearby and the owners have provided a lot of outdoor toys i.e. bikes, kayaks, badminton set etc.
