The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love staying in our condo during spring break. We live in Ohio and we look forward to seeing the flowers and trees in bloom after a long, cold winter. We especially love the privacy of our balcony and being able to walk directly outside. Some people are concerned with being on the first floor, but you are actually elevated up about 8 steps and it is very secure and private. I know all the units have excellent views of the ocean, but I personally love having direct access to the beach and pool. It's great if you have children because you can keep an eye on them and they can come right up to the back door. We are located in the far building (#3) next to the Hilton Hotel, so you don't get a lot of traffic walking by.
