The quiet surroundings include two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living and dining areas, washer and dryer, screened porch with a peaceful fountained pond view. Located on the second floor and sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet,and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room contains a queen sleeper sofa.

Fully equipped kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and cups, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. We also have FREE WIFI within the unit! Our condo also has a convenient stackable washer and dryer.
There are 2 outdoor community pools, tennis courts, a children's playground area, as well as a peaceful fountained pond seen from the condo unit's screened porch, plus there are convenient walking paths throughout the Village. And the community offers free concerts and outdoor movies throughout the summer.
Centrally located, just about 1 mile outside of historic Lewes. Approximately two miles from your choice of two beaches - Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes Public Beach (Delaware Bay). The shops at the Village of Five Points include a grocery store, pharmacy, lots of restaurants, fitness club, and more. The complex is just a short drive to the excitement of Rehoboth Boardwalk, close to chain-restaurants, water parks, and the Rehoboth Outlets.
It is reasonably priced, very clean, quiet and peaceful, one of the BEST VALUES for your vacation dollars, all with personal attention to detail. After all, our reputation is based on your satisfaction. Most of our renters come year after year -- and that is our best compliment!

More Info, as to why our unit is a great value:
- located EAST of Rt. 1. This is very important during the summer months, because Rt. 1 is a major travel road which becomes very congested (10am-8pm) during the summer.
- located in Lewes, which is quiet, relaxing, and historically educational. If you want the excitement, then Rehoboth and Dewey are only 20 minutes away. But you still get to close your eyes at night to peaceful serenity. Ahhhhh!
- 5 minute drive to 2 different beaches; plus 20-30 min drive to more beaches, heading south.
- You can walk to the pool, coffee shop, grocery store, and restaurants. Plus there are free outdoor concerts and/or movies each week in the complex.
- Much more spacious than a hotel room
- Less expensive than a musty old house on the beach.
- We have everything you need: beach chairs. umbrella, washer & dryer, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pan, utensils, vacuum, a screened porch for relaxing with your favorite beverage.

What the owners have created is far better-than-home-away-from-home. The condo unit is clean, uncluttered, simple, easy to care for, beautiful, light, relaxing, comfortable space conducive to meaningful family time. My children re-discovered chess/checkers on our one rainy day (actually it was a good break fro the beach) and we all enjoyed many other card games and watched DVDs the owner provided. The town of Lewes was just as I had hoped, more toned-down than the Rehoboth chaos - just quaint, interesting, and lovely. This condo is our favorite get-away. We all feel so at home and comfortable here. This year we brought our mother with us and she thought the place was beautiful with everything included at the turn of a key. She had no idea that there was so much here; so much that comes with the rental - everything from coffee maker, dishwasher, automatic ice in the freezer. The town of Lewes is such a charming little community. We enjoyed the beaches and waves, shipping at the outlets, the tennis courts, and the restaurants. The condominium is beautiful, spacious, and nicely decorated. It's a great location for everything. We spent the morning in Lewes at the Bay beach, and we spent the afternoon at the gorgeous community pool. We felt healthy and refreshed. We went to the RB boardwalk at night and the kids went to Funland, then stopped for ice cream. We ate dinner at lots of fabulous restaurants, but had breakfast in the condo. the beds were so comfortable and the mattresses just perfect. Great kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need. We arrived very late, after all the stress of rushing, frantic packing, and traveling. When we opened the door with all our bags in to, we entered the world of "Beach Escapes". It was the most beautiful, peaceful sight I have ever seen. The lights were low, the fan was lazily turning, everything was clean and in place. A weight lifted off our shoulders. The accommodations were fantastic. Beautifully decorated, located before all the traffic. The owners thought of little things like games, books, and a stocked kitchen. The best condo we have ever stayed in. My children and I had a wonderful vacation. Everything is close enough to enjoy, yet the condo is enough out of the main rush to savor peace and quiet, which is what a vacation is all about. If you are looking for a good value -- this is it! This is our 3rd year of booking this condo unit and we hope to come back for many more vacations. The owners seems to take good care of the place. It is really clean and comfortabel. The first time we walked in the door, my kids said they wanted to move in! Each year something is slightly different from bedspreads to freshly painted walls, to additional pots and pans (and there were more than plenty the year before). It's not located ON the beach, but it is just a very short drive - a few miles at most. But we figured that is also why the price is so good. If we stayed closer to the beach the weekly rate would double. If we had to get 2 hotel rooms for our family of 5, we could only afford 3 nights instead of the 7 nights we have with this place, plus all of the extra roominess and a full kitchen to boot. Lewes is laid back, but great for activities for the family. Its like an old fahion little town. Be prepared to walk around - a lot. There are also quite a few state park beaches that are within reasonable driving distance. This rental is definately a "keeper". BTW - my dear husband said I shouldnt make this sound so good, because they might get booked too fast if everyone knows about it. LOL!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in this condominium. We were lucky that the weather was great, and we had an absolutely wonderful family vacation. The location was great - very convenient to everything. The condo far exceeded our hopes.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Hello, a bit about us... My husband and I are the property owners of Beach Escapes and a Relator in Delaware. We rent this unit on our own, without using a property manager. We hope you find our personal touches and attention to detail superior to that of an organization. We call our condominium unit 'Beach Escapes' because we want it to be your escape from typical boring hotels, a congested B&B, or an old, tired, & musty rental house. We strive to keep our unit affordable and pleasant, not like the stuffy expensive homes on the beach or pricey inns with an attitude. We try to make our property warm and inviting for all our guests. We have a clean, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that should have everything you need to make your vacation wonderful. The full kitchen makes it convenient for you quickly prepare breakfast or lunch and save money from having to eat-out every meal. Why the Owner Chose Lewes:
The Villages of Five Points is a great location in Lewes for your vacation. First it has just about everything you need all in the same complex - 2 community pools, tennis courts, walking paths, stores, grocery, restaraunts, fitness center, coffee, and more. Best of all it is EAST of Rt.1, so you are away from the busy highway, unless you want to venture out. It is located about 2-3 miles from 2 fabulous beaches - Lewes (the Delaware Bay) and Cape Henlopen State Park (Atlantic Ocean).
Lewes is one of the northern beach towns in Delaware. It tends to be more quiet and reserved, with an historical flair. There is plenty to do around town with lots of museums, fabulous restaraunts, great fishing, yet it is relaxing without all the hustle and bustle of more active beach towns. Park, walk, or bike, Lewes truely is a gem.
