Nice! The Condo is across from Kamaole I beach (a gorgeous beach!), and it has many modern conveniences! This lovely one-bedroom Condo that sleeps four, is beautiful, modern, nicely decorated, with many extras. It has a full kitchen, pools, private patio, air conditioning, unlimited wifi, 15 min. of free long distance phone, cable tv with dvd, great low rates, and more.
It’s steps away from a fabulous, powdery white sand swimming beach (also called Charley Young beach). The water is warm, clear, and turquoise blue! It's considered on of the best in Maui. It's perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, or just relaxing and soaking in the sun! Great for kids! It is in beautiful Kihei -only a 25 minute drive from the airport, and in the south and western part of the island, just north of Wailea. It is within walking distance of shopping, movies, grocery stores, the great beach, restaurants, and a seaside park. Just a short drive to several wonderful golf courses and many other fun outdoor activities.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Vista
We always loved Maui, and Kihei has great beaches and a good central location. It is easier to manage, by having 2 owners to keep up the property. Kihei is more reasonably priced than other places like Kaananapali. Maui Vista is a nice, scenic condominium complex, close to a great beach! The condos are facing the tropical grounds, and not the street or parking lot.

Kihei is a very good central location. It is closer to the airport and Kahului than Kaanapali, and the beaches are better! Kihei has many attractions- from shopping, a variety of prices in dining, and a variety of activities- in the water and out! It's also close by to the harbor in Maalaea, and the upscale area, beaches and attractions in Wailea.
We also have, in the condo- beach chairs, mats, coolers, and beach/pool toys for your use!
We also offer 10-25% last minute discounts for bookings made 15 days or less prior to rental date. We are two families that own the property. The Warners live in Cincinnati, OH, Rick and Dori Warner. We have two grown daughters, and a 16 year old son in high school. The Grovesnors- Darren and Yoko, live in Huntington Beach, CA, and have a 14 year old son in high school. Darren Grosvenor has an internet business, and Rick previously worked as an IT director in Southern California. He now manages a family business in Cincinnati.
