This is a gorgeous three level beachfront villa with spectacular views overlooking Cancun's crystal clear turquoise blue waters. This Tropical Paradise is located on the most pristine strip of the Hotel Zone, 'Villas Cancun Concorde'. Our villa has under gone recent renovations, It's brand new!
The villa features two bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with terraces. The master suite has a California king-size adjusta bed, a sitting room and a balcony from which you can view the turquoise ocean. The third level, also a master bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request with its own private terrace and breathtaking view of the sea. The third bedroom has two double beds with a garden view.
The living room has two Murphy beds and a patio that overlooks the Caribbean's white sandy beaches and sparkling sunrises. Each room has air-conditioning plus ceiling fans and satellite TVs.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 02/06/2008 This wonderful three-story villa on the beach in Cancun was a wonderful place to visit – so close to the beach that the waves sang me to sleep every night. And my Cancun beach rental provided peaceful moments away from all the exciting nightlife of Cancun! Each of the three lovely bedrooms has a television with satellite TV, and the home includes marble floors, a well appointed kitchen and even books to read in the spacious living room.
I went parasailing on the beach just outside my back door, enjoyed a Mexican fiesta and horse show at a local dressage and polo club, danced the night away in the nightclubs nearby, and spent hours walking the beach and soaking up the sun by the pool.
With beautiful views, a quiet location close all of the exciting nightlife of Cancun, and plenty of room for family or friends, this villa is mucho excelente!
