If you are looking for privacy and peace and quiet in a single family detached home . . . this is it! Your own yard that adjoins the golf course, a double car attached garage and lots of space, both inside and out! Plus, golf as much as you can for only $25 per round at this members-only private course.
Located in the Legends Golf and Country Club community, our spacious single family home is a wonderful relaxing place to spend time away from your home. Including the covered, screened Lanai, this one level home provides over 2000 square feet of living space. With a large Great Room that is open to the Kitchen and Dining area, you will enjoy wonderful golf course views from all the main living areas. Sixteen foot patio doors open to the Lanai, enhancing the spaciousness and bringing the outdoors in.
Two Bedrooms, a Den, and two full Baths enable one to six guests to comfortably enjoy this retreat. Each bedroom is furnished with a high end pillow top bed - king-size in the Master and queen-size in the second Bedroom. The Den is equipped with a sleeper sofa and has privacy curtains to cover the french doors. The Master Suite has a six foot patio door that is positioned so you can wake up to a spectacular view of this hole's green. The Master Suite also features walk-in "his 'n hers" closets, dual separated vanities, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate toilet closet.
This home features all the amenities you would expect - cable TV, washer and dryer, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, high speed internet, etc. The home has been well maintained and gently used.

Our property is less than ten miles from the airport (that is a HUGE advantage if you or your guests are flying in and out)and without the annoying airport noise. We are less than seven miles to Lee County Sports Complex - home of the Minnesota Twins Baseball spring training camp. Fort Myers Beach is about 20 minutes away. GREAT shopping and restaurants are even closer. A nice quiet location away from noisy roads - yet close to everything!
The Legends Golf and Country Club is a gated community that covers over 650 acres and includes a private 18 hole par 72 Championship Golf Course with spacious well-manicured fairways and greens. Lakes and cypress preserves add to the wonderful ambiance.
The Legends complex also offers two and a half miles of walking trails, six lit soft-surface tennis courts, a resort style heated pool with waterfall and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center and sauna. The 25,000 square foot Clubhouse offers poolside dining and snack bar, indoor fine and casual dining.

Some of the benefits of our location include: home is right on the golf course, it's a short drive to the airport but without the annoying airplane noise, close to Lee County Stadium - spring training HQ for the Minnesota Twins, close to Gulf Coast Towne Center and other great shopping/restaurant areas and a short drive to Fort Myers Beach.
Enjoy the sun and water and some of the best people watching around. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are not too far away either.
Convenient for picking up guests but quiet because our property is not in the flight path.
