This Condominium sits directly on the beach with a spacious balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. Just step into the elevator and you're taken right to the beautiful white sandy beach. Navarre Beach isn't over-crowded like most beaches, which allows you to pick a great spot!
No details were left out in this Condominium featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertops, washer, dryer, jacuzzi tub, and tile showers. Every bedroom has a balcony and great views of the water. This condo has a great floor plan, with a dining room and breakfast nook. There's plenty of room in the kitchen, which includes a stand alone ice maker to fill your cooler. All bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms and closets. Each bedroom has it's own TV with DVD/VCR. So feel right at home while right on the beach with this professionally decorated condo. In process of adding new WIDESCREEN HDTV to family room. So bring your favorite movies and your video game system of choice.
It's just a short walk or drive to many activities and restaurants. Rent wave-runners just down the street, play beach volleyball, or ride bikes down through the state park. There are tiki huts and outdoor grills where you can enjoy a great meal. You can do as much or as little as you want! This is a great place to rejuvenate yourself, and it's also a great family environment.
Florida is the sunshine state, so sunbathe next to the emerald green waters of Navarre Beach, or relax, read or take a nap under a beach umbrella. At night, open the sliding doors to the balcony and listen to the waves on the beach from the master bedroom.
The Olympic size pool (largest pool on the beach) just had new pool furniture added as well as more palm trees & upgraded landscaping. I currently have rates reduced for this season, so this will be the last year you will be able to get these rates. This unit also provides High Speed Wireless Internet!

Last Beach Vacation before the heavy jackets

Our family trip only lasted three nights and my kids cried the entire ride home. The condo was clean and roomy and had all the accentuals. However, I enjoy cooking but couldn’t find the measuring cups until the last night, (My fault). What a great floor plan and enjoyed sitting on the back balcony that overlooks the beach & pier. I only wished there was a large table to eat on out there!! My guess is that a storm took it away, because there is everything you could ask for inside…great time at a great low rate..Thanks again
