Luxurious two and three bedroom condominiums, in four different floor plans, with between 1400-2400 heated and cooled square feet. Each unit comes complete with 20-inch porcelain tile flooring, 9 to 11-foot ceilings and tinted, floor to ceiling full-view windows and glass doors for the oversized, curvilinear balconies. Parking is limited to 2 parking passes per condominium ONLY - No Exceptions.
All condominiums are provided with an INITIAL supply of the following:
Soap
Shampoo
Bath gel
Lotion
Toilet paper
Paper towels
Laundry detergent
Dishwasher detergent
Trash bags
All condominiums are individually owned and are fully equipped with the following:
Bed linens, blankets, pillows, etc.
Dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats, etc.

Due to liability issues we are unable to allow renters to view individual condominiums. Virtual tours of most of our properties are available on our website.
Caribe The Resort's Policies
Concerning Rental Properties
These guidelines allow us to give the best service possible to our guests and property owners. Our reservationists will be happy to answer any questions you may have or help you with any special request. We look forward to having you as a Caribe The Resort guest.
A major credit card is required to hold all reservations.
A refundable $250 deposit is required for all reservations less than one month.
A refundable $500 deposit is required for all monthly rentals.
Deposit required in our office within 10 days of making a reservation to avoid cancellation.
A non-refundable $30 reservation processing fee will be charged for all reservations.
Children under the age of 14 not allowed in weight room and/or hot tubs: 14-18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
Guest is responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, you will be billed accordingly.
Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit.
Deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure if unit is left in good order.

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, advance notice must be given in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less the processing fee: 15 days for weekly rentals; 90 days for monthly rentals. If less then the minimum notice is given, your deposit will be held for lost rent unless the unit is rebooked. If rebooked, your deposit, less the processing fee, will be refunded. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURE.
Keys are to be returned to the Caribe Resort Reservation/Front desk. If you check out after 10:00 am, an additional fee will be applied (up to one full day). We must have your cooperation to prepare the unit for the next guest's arrival. We ask that when you depart, please dispose of all food and trash. All dishes are to be left clean. The cleaning and linen will be handled by our housekeeping staff.
A departure cleaning fee is charged for each stay.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. Rates, descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the unit be out of service or unavailable. If comparable accommodations are not available, a refund will be given. Every precaution has been taken by Caribe Sales and Rentals for accuracy, however, we reserve the right to correct errors. We cannot give refunds and are not responsible for changes in furnishings by the owners.
All reservations are limited to two parking passes - no exceptions.
Boats, jet skis, trailers, motor homes, etc. are prohibited on property.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
All units are NON-SMOKING.

Local calls, long-distance calls and access to high-speed internet are available for a fee that will be charged to your folio.
