You will have use of your own ski locker in a heated locker room, located directly inside Arrowleaf Lodge, just steps from the ski slope

Why the Owner Chose Empire Pass, Arrowleaf

Rated the Number One Ski Resort in the Country by Ski Magazine for several years in a row, we felt we had to give it a try, and have been skiing at Deer Valley ever since. And since we are a family of skiers (no snowboarders!) we absolutely LOVE the "No Snowboarding" policy at the mountain. There are never any lift lines and since you can ski right out of the building, you are immediately on the slopes. It just does not get any better than this. Plus, the food at the on mountain restaurants in excellent.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Because of the fabulous ski in/ski out location, when the kids are done skiing (and mom & dad are still going strong!), they can easily go back to the condo or relax in the Hearth Room in the lobby for a game of pool and some hot chocolate. There is always plenty of room in the 2 hot tubs located right outside the ski locker room. We have a very family friendly unit - movies, books, games, game cub for the kids. There is a TV in every room, so everyone can watch the show of their choice.

    • We have stayed in 10 condos or so, mostly ski in-ski out in numerous places. This was by a country mile, the BEST. Kitchen was well supplied with great appliances, cooking pots and pans, etc. and even storage containers for left overs! Awesome fireplace and bathrooms, the master tub is fabulous. Love the fire pit outside near the hot tubs. Storage for skis was so handy right next to the entrance to get to the lift, just walked down the hall to our condo. Couldn't get better accomodations. Very luxurious. We are now officially spoiled.

    • My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in January. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It is very well decorated, fitting for a mid-mountain getaway. The humidifiers in every room are top of the line. My husband loved the starbucks coffee machine in the lobby and the heated ski locker that was literally right next to the slopes. I loved having daily cleaning service. The dial-a-ride shuttle couldn't have worked any better. We would certainly recommend this place to families or to groups of couples - you don't be disappointed.

    • The owner had a clear line of communication with us from the beginning to the end. The condo was great and we really had a great time. The condo is truly ski in / ski out. We bought our ski tickets in the lobby, which saved us a lot of time. The ski lockers are right by the slope. I was a bit concerned about the security deposit – I live in L.A., the owner is in N.Y., and the condo is in Utah, so, potentially, there could be some misunderstanding. Nonetheless, without even asking for it, I received the full refund in the mail. We truly look forward in staying there in the future.

    • Accommodations exceeded my expectations. This is a true ski in/ski out location that is beautifully decorated. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. My deposit check was returned before I could even ask for it. Fabulous vacation spot, looking forward to returning next year.

    • Beautiful condominium, well appointed, spacious and incredible location on the mountain. Truly ski in, ski out with the unit on the same floor as the ski locker. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and plush bathrooms. Front desk service was excellent as was the access to Deer Valley transportation. Owner was responsive and easy to work with regarding all aspects of our vacation planning.

    • We stay in Park City each summer. This unit is "top-of-the-line" as far as luxury goes--and the value for a summer rental is excellent. The location is high-altitude and perfect for skiing--and about a 10 minute drive downhill to the main shopping/eating area. We weren't able to stay because (unbeknownst to the owner) construction was going on next door. Once the new construction is complete, this will be a wonderful place to stay. The most impressive thing was that the owner was 100% honorable and refunded our money (no quetions asked) in full when the construction event was discovered.

      Homeowner Response:
      Summer 2007 there was major digging and road work for this new ski-in/ski-out area that has now been completed.
