Beautiful condo! What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll find. The condo had everything we needed and the ability to ski right to your building and store your skis is fantastic. The property is clean and stocked with anything you might need. The property agent met us, answered all our questions, and was available if we needed anything else. The owner was great to work with -- responded promptly to my inquiries. I would recommend this condo for a great family ski vacation -- we had six adults. We'll come again if we can!

Denise, WOW- I can't believe we're back a week already from a truly amazing few days in Deer Valley. I wanted to send you a note to thank you for sharing / opening your beautiful home. While we were anticipating a beautiful “rental property”, your property is clearly a home and it felt like that the minute we arrived. From the decor to the layout to the furnishings to the smallest detail...it's first class. We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the location, neighborhood, the extremely well kept grounds / complex and the accessibility to the ski slopes. Quick summary: It was a wonderful few days filled with a combination of relaxation, celebrations (my Dad's 75th Birthday) making meals together in the gourmet kitchen, great skiing, and 14" of fresh powdery snow on Sunday! It’s time we always cherish and will definitely be a treasured memory. Many thanks for making our family vacation so enjoyable. Lee

Very nice, spacious and quiet condo. Nicely appointed, great location and wonderful amenities. Great access to trails summer or winter! Nice western view from deck. Highly recommend this unit!

We have truly been enjoying our stay. The kids and I used the pool on Wednesday afternoon, a wonderful sunny day. We have been hiking, mountain biking (Mike at White Pine Touring is an excellent kinetic instructor) and my husband and older daughter are skiing at Snowbird today...they just could not bypass the opportunity to be skiing mid June! Restaurants in Park City have been fabulous and have enjoyed grilling on the patio. Your kitchen is well stocked and appointed. I appreciate the BTUs of the Wolf range while my kids "enjoy" the chef of the decor microwave. We are thinking of the Talikser for dinner this evening. Our favorite board game, Ticket to Ride, has inspired us to ride the Heber Valley Railroad; hopefully later this afternoon. You are an excellent host and your quick responsiveness is noted and very appreciated. I am loving the views and believe you do indeed have the best ones. We have kept the blinds up and feel that we are blessed - the mountains are literally changing colors daily and the sunsets are spectacular. Summer must be majestic! Back to my book on the patio, RH

As the pictures show, this is a beautiful condo with great amenities. I can't say enough about the ski-in/ ski-out access. It could not have been any easier, especially with three children. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful with her knowledge of the Deer Valley area. We would definitely stay here again when we return!

We enjoyed our stay at this very luxurious condo in Deer Valley. I'm sure that we'll be checking for availability again next year. It is very well appointed and has the best of everything. It was like staying at a 5 star hotel.

Amazing Luxury Property!

We stayed at this unit for a week with our three children and couldn't have been happier. The first floor access is so easy, yet because the unit is on the downhill side of the slope you have a lovely view and look out into beautiful trees and mountains. The children loved the bunk beds, the board games and the Game Cube unit for a little apres ski. We appreciated the beautiful decor, cozy beds, humidifiers in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, hot chocolate/coffee machine in the hearth room, and access to the gorgeous Talisker Club across the ski run. It was so nice to have a cozy, quiet lunch there rather than fight the crowds in the slopeside restaurants. And my husband loved the gym and lap pool (yes, the crazy man swam laps in the outdoor pool in the middle of February). This is THE place to be if you are skiing with children. Couldn't be easier, with the lovely locker room, first floor access, Talisker kids club (kids can do craft projects and play while you're in the Talisker Club building), heated garage, and the true ski-in, ski-out location. The owners are professional, responsive, and couldn't have been easier to deal with. We will be back!!

Thank you so much for an excellent vacation. From helping me pre-plan my vacation (dinner reservations, ski school, spa, etc) to check out was flawless. We have only good things to say about this property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Have been visiting Park City every year for more than a decade and this property is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Location cannot be beat - hard to overstate the value and convenience of ski-in-ski-out, and the first floor location is particularly nice because it eliminates the need to use the elevator, yet the condo is still positioned high-up so the views are outstanding. The kitchen, bathrooms, other features are all top grade. We look forward to staying here again!

We have skiied at Deer Valley for the last 10 years because we think it is the nicest resort in the USA. The Arrowleaf Condominiums are located in the most scenic part of the mountain and have the easiest access to the best ski slopes (Empire Canyon area). Unit #107 has all of the luxury amenities you want in a luxury condo and I highly recommend it to anyone.

This condo was fabulous! We really loved being on the first floor of the building - very easy for the kids to access after a hard day of skiing. The amenities are first class. We loved it and would definitely book again.

We have stayed in 10 condos or so, mostly ski in-ski out in numerous places. This was by a country mile, the BEST. Kitchen was well supplied with great appliances, cooking pots and pans, etc. and even storage containers for left overs! Awesome fireplace and bathrooms, the master tub is fabulous. Love the fire pit outside near the hot tubs. Storage for skis was so handy right next to the entrance to get to the lift, just walked down the hall to our condo. Couldn't get better accomodations. Very luxurious. We are now officially spoiled.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in January. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It is very well decorated, fitting for a mid-mountain getaway. The humidifiers in every room are top of the line. My husband loved the starbucks coffee machine in the lobby and the heated ski locker that was literally right next to the slopes. I loved having daily cleaning service. The dial-a-ride shuttle couldn't have worked any better. We would certainly recommend this place to families or to groups of couples - you don't be disappointed.

The owner had a clear line of communication with us from the beginning to the end. The condo was great and we really had a great time. The condo is truly ski in / ski out. We bought our ski tickets in the lobby, which saved us a lot of time. The ski lockers are right by the slope. I was a bit concerned about the security deposit – I live in L.A., the owner is in N.Y., and the condo is in Utah, so, potentially, there could be some misunderstanding. Nonetheless, without even asking for it, I received the full refund in the mail. We truly look forward in staying there in the future.

Accommodations exceeded my expectations. This is a true ski in/ski out location that is beautifully decorated. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. My deposit check was returned before I could even ask for it. Fabulous vacation spot, looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful condominium, well appointed, spacious and incredible location on the mountain. Truly ski in, ski out with the unit on the same floor as the ski locker. Beautiful view, comfortable beds and plush bathrooms. Front desk service was excellent as was the access to Deer Valley transportation. Owner was responsive and easy to work with regarding all aspects of our vacation planning.

We stay in Park City each summer. This unit is "top-of-the-line" as far as luxury goes--and the value for a summer rental is excellent. The location is high-altitude and perfect for skiing--and about a 10 minute drive downhill to the main shopping/eating area. We weren't able to stay because (unbeknownst to the owner) construction was going on next door. Once the new construction is complete, this will be a wonderful place to stay. The most impressive thing was that the owner was 100% honorable and refunded our money (no quetions asked) in full when the construction event was discovered.

Owner response:Summer 2007 there was major digging and road work for this new ski-in/ski-out area that has now been completed.
