DIRECT BEACH ACCESS, feels like oceanfront. The Spinnaker has awesome ocean views and wide direct beach access, and puts you just feet from the ocean while situated in the quiet family friendly North end of Sandbridge in Virginia Beach. The house is semi-oceanfront and access is directly out the front door and across a quiet neighborhood street. The house is over 5500 square feet! The huge first floor has plenty of comfortable seating around the 61 inch big screen TV. There is a library with games, books, a Huge DVD collection and an Ipod dock.
The main floor kitchen is equipped with a espresso machine, smoothie maker, generous amounts of cooking supplies and two dishwashers. The main Living Room contains a High Definition flat screen TV. The dining table seats a large family or business gathering.
The third floor houses your own computer with high speed wireless Internet access. There is plenty of room for little ones to play at the train table, while "big kids" play at the pool table. The first floor kitchenette provides a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave for easy snacking options. And everyone can enjoy the huge backyard with volleyball net, horseshoes, and even a shipwrecked sailboat! With numerous covered decks and solid deck seating, the ocean is calling you to The Spinnaker.

Gorgeous Ocean Views House in Quiet End of Sandbridge Va Beach

Why the Owner Chose Virginia Beach
We wanted a place of our own to have large family get-togethers, so this house was big enough for all of us to be together at the beach. What really sold us was the easy beach access and views! We live in a smaller house a couple of miles away so it is nice to be able to pop by to check on things and fix problems as they come up.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We stay there a lot during the off season. It is so quiet and peaceful. We walk on the beach, watch the fishermen and leave a window cracked to hear the ocean at night. Sunrises are beautiful on the third floor deck and if you are patient you can catch pods of dolphin swimming by.

Our family reunion was a great success due largely to the spaciousness of the house and the ocean access. I would recommend The Spinnaker to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty and relaxation of Sandbridge.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I wanted to not forget to write you a huge thank you for our enjoyable stay in Feb. at your house! I was in the quilters group. The house was so delightful and obviously furnished for a comfortable stay! It gave us plenty of room to set up our projects and quilt the days away. I think it was equal chatting time and quilting time for me. We could all sit and chat over meals at the long enough, chairs enough table. The kitchen made it easy for us to prepare what we brought. As I looked around me I saw ladies sitting in one seating group or another chatting with each other. My bed was "just right." Even though we were to bring our own linens I noticed you had thoughtfully included a few more blankets and pillows so we could add those as needed. I think you have succeeded in leaving no stone unturned for furnishing your lovely house with your guest's every need in mind. Your quick help for warming the house when we first arrived brought us a very friendly willing helper to fix the heat problems. We were soon warm and comfy for our first night there and the rest of our stay. He came quickly, was helpful, polite, and pleasant as he saw to our needs. Thanks to him as well! It says a lot when a small glitch is quickly met with proper help. If it had been left until the next day we would have had a long cold first night. So your management's timely response was appreciated. I don't think I could say enough about how much I enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for sharing this Beach House with our group! I even got a walk on the beach in despite the winds....but then it was Feb. after all! Best regards! Chris

This was our second year in the house and we loved every minute. The kids love the shipwrecked boat, I love the ocean views from the third floor rooms and deck. The house is simple, but spacious. It really is right in front of the beach access, so it has great views. The house is amazing, the locals are nice and the dolphins ROCK!

My family had the opportunity to stay in this semi-ocean front mansion, and what a pleasure it was!! In fact, we have been trying to rent it for our summer vacation again for the past several years and it is always booked. It is spacious, entertaining, and just beautiful. The beach access right outside the door made it easy to go back and forth to the beach with the children. This is sure to be enjoyed by all.
