Amazing 5 bedroom vacation home sitting on the ocean! This is the top unit of a two-unit villa. This two-story (three including the top balcony) rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, a rooftop deck with patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony with a private spa! This home was recently built, and everything is like new, with no amenities spared, including beautiful travertine floors, that will heat up if you so wish. There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of launrdy! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

During your stay at this Beachfront Rental you can surf, swim, boogie board, sunbathe, golf, rent bikes or take a romantic walk along the beach and see some beautiful sunsets! These are just a few of the memories that you can take home with you.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, head to the beach (two steps from your backdoor) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. As far as food, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental….life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.

This property was everything we expected and more. The home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is great for large families and couples going on vacation together. Each room felt separate from the next, we loved the spaciousness of the unit, and we especially enjoyed watching sunsets from the private rooftop deck. I would recommend Beachfront Only to everyone who wants the perfect beach vacation. We can’t wait to come again!!

My family and I loved this property. From the minute we walked in, we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We had the best time as a family cooking in the very large kitchen, watching sunsets together on the rooftop deck, and playing on the beach day after day! We cannot wait until our next stay, we would recommend this property and Beachfront Only time and time again.

There were endless possibilities for activities within a 40 mile radius. The location was terrific. We couldn't have asked for more from the rental staff, the location, and the property. Very satisfied with this rental - it exceeded my expectations. Clean, top quality furnishings, spacious & beautiful location. Also was close to a very nice public beach & the pier. One thing I would put on a wish list is a garbage disposal & a larger GAS BBQ. Loved the unit & would stay again.
