Family room opens to the pool and spa and large lanai with 30 feet of sliders. This home is extremely comfortable and welcoming. You will not be disappointed. Located on the Rubicon canal, you will enjoy wide water views, gorgeous western sunsets, and beautiful Cape Coral boating life at its best. Guests will enjoy entertainment, restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. Any special needs or requirements can be accommodated if discussed before arrival.
