Accommodations:  Condominium, 3 Bedrooms + Attached Unit, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 8-14)

Located just one block from Giant Steps Ski Resort and on the free ski shuttle route; this spacious 1800 Square foot condo with underground parking is perfect for your mountain escape!

Plenty of room for up to fourteen people. Two master bedrooms and loft bedroom with queen size beds. Cable TV and DVD players in all bedrooms. The downstairs master bedroom also has a private deck. The master bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub to relax after a day of activities. Large living room with fireplace and a 40 foot deck overlooking the meadow, also has a full size futon sleeper, 24" TV with DVD.

Optional fourth bedroom (Bunkroom)available for additional charge. The bunkroom contains one full size bed and two twin beds -(trundle bed converts to a king if put together).

Brian Head Ski Resort is 20 miles east of Cedar City, at an elevation of 10,000 feet. With state of the art snow making equipment, there is always great snow conditions on the slopes.

Unlimited miles of open trails with majestic views, make this an ideal spot for snowmobiles in the winter and mountain bikes in the summer.

The close proximity to both Bryce and Zion National Parks and Cedar Breaks National Monument makes Brian Head an ideal summer vacation destination. With it's cool temperatures, Brian Head is the perfect retreat from the Las Vegas summer heat. The world famous Utah Shakespeare Festival (July thru August) is only 30 minutes away.

Fishing in the Cedar Mountains is considered to be some of the best in Utah. In Brian Head, you are in close proximity to many small mountain lakes and streams.

  • Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. Everything was clean, well-equipped, with great amenities. The condo was easy to find and access. The loft was definitely more for the younger set. We plan to make our stay there an annual one.

  • There was a small problem that was responded to very quickly by the porperty managers. The condo wsaa the most well stocked I have ever stayed in. The selection of videos was extensive and delighted my Grand daughter. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

  • With this being our first stay in Brian Head, my wife and I couldn't have been happier with this condo. It was immaculate, spacious, cozy, and everything worked (having an internet connection was nice, since our cell phones didn't have coverage in Brian Head). I can highly recommend this location--while there were only 2 of us in this condo, it can very comfortably sleep and entertain 6 folks easily!

  • We had a great time and enjoyed thed condo as well as the skiing. We are already planning another trip. The condo was right around the corner from Navajo Lodge or a short walk on a quiet road to Brian Head main lodge. The shuttle stop was right at the bottom of the hill or you could call them for a pick up. The Jacuzzi tub was a needed relief after a fun day on the slopes. The little shops next to Brian Head were very inviting and cordial.

    I just wanted to be in touch and tell you the up-grades to the condo are wonderful!!! We loved the new carpet, tile, paint, linens, etc! The new memory foam mattress toppers are AWESOME and the new bedding is beautiful! I am looking for new bedding right now and wondered where you purchased it. Everything was gorgeous!!! We ended up with a couple less people than we had expected so with the bunk room we had far more room than we needed. Thank you for the opportunity you make available for my family each year. Our annual trip to Brian Head is the most anticipated family vacation we have! Consistently coming back to the condo feels like coming home.
