If you're looking for a cozy getaway with friends or family this is the spot! I recently stayed here with some girl friends for a quick ski trip. I was very impressed with how clean the condo was, the amount of space and the location (right across the street from Brian Head). It was great to snuggle up by the fireplace and watch movies after a day on the slopes. The attached, underground parking was also an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property, and I'm looking forward to planning another visit.

Large Condo Near Ski Resorts - Discounted Ski Passes

Condo can sleep 10-14 people, great for 3 families, with several children, 2 bedrooms w/ complete privacy, 3rd bedroom is a loft, overlooking the dining & part of the living area. Within this 3rd bedroom/loft, is another 4th bedroom, sleeping an additional 3-5 people, if they were small children. Our kids were 11, 10 and 5 and enjoyed their OWN privacy, own TV & DVD (equipped in all the bedrooms) and be able to close the door on us adults. GREAT value for the price we paid. Needing groceries, stop in Cedar City, go to Walmart (if you can find it) or go to Smith's on Main St. You can get groceries in Parwan, if the store is open and simple groceries in Brianhead. Everyone was friendly, EVEN the snowplowers. We skiied the 1st day, hours of opeation are 10 to 4, the 2nd day we planned to go tubing, but it was sold out. So, get your passes early if you plan on going. The 3rd day we snowmobiled and rented through Thunder Mountain, which is within an mile of this condo and made reservations prior to our arrival. We have rented snowmobiles many differenent places before and really find this group well equipped with NEW/Newer snowmobiles, snow gear, gloves, boots and decent helmets with face shields. Face shields are great when it is snowing out and their prices were GREAT. We always get a guide so we dont get lost or if we get stuck, he gets us out. The day we went it snowed all night and the day we went. The snow was great with 6-8" of fresh powder to play in. We did get stuck and we did tip over, our guide was great and there to our rescue. If you are interested in the ski passes, make sure they are available before you book this condo. We were not able to use the ski passes as they share them with another condo they rent out. These passes are available on a first come, first paid, first served basis. We decided that we would eat out as this was our last night and had heard that Mi Pueblo had great Mexican food. I was NOT impressed with their food, service or the time it took to get served (2 hrs) and that was from the time we ordered, not the time we arrived. However, we made the best of it and enjoy our evening. Afterall, it was a holiday weekend, what do you expect. Advise I have, SPACE your showers out & make them SHORT. We could only get 2 showers with hot water, after that, it was cold showers. Condo is right off the main road about 150 ft.. We took chains, but did not use them. We would definately stay here again.

Thank you Lori so much for the wonderful service we received. Making reservations was a breeze and everything was just as described. The condo was welcoming, clean and well stocked. It was perfect for the 14 people we had. It was just a hop skip and a jump away from the lift and if we were to lazy to walk there was a shuttle. We had a great time snowboarding and cannot wait to do it again next season.

Long weekend away

My husband and I needed a long weekend away so we decided to spend it in Brianhead at this condo. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with food and all the amenities including huge towels. Better than at home! We are novice skiers so the ski passes were a great incentive. The condo has it's own entertainment center with a flat screen TV and a huge selection of DVDs to choose from which was another welcome surprise along with the complimentary wifi. We stayed here 1/13 to 1/16 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is so roomy and feels just like home. The owners were always very gracious, helpful and accomodating. We would definitely recommend this vacation condo as one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in for a weekend getaway or for that matter a vacation! We just wished we could have stayed longer.

We'll be back!! The condo was perfect -- we went there for a 3 day trip and there was more than enough room for six adults and three grandkids. The bed were exceptionally comfortable, the unit is very well stocked, very clean and located conveniently in Brian Head. Everyone enjoyed the get-away. The only complaint was it was too short. Thanks to Lori -- she was great to work with! We hope to be back to this beautiful area this summer.

after a tireless search for new year's eve, we settled on this one. the price was perfect and the ski passes were a great perk. the condo was perfectly clean and fully stocked with towels for a large group on adults. we opted for the extra bunk room although there was enough room with the couches and the futon. It was almost like a mini slumber party in there! The porch area was huge and made for a nice escape when it got too warm...because we never wanted to turn off the fireplace. There were a LOT of DVDs to choose from and the TV was a nice flat screen and complimentary wifi! Recommendations: stagger your showers for a big group...after 2-3 in a row, the hot water gets spotty. An hour between or so worked fine for us. Also, bring paper towels in case you run out. Pack to cook at the condo. The kitchen had virtually everything we needed to prepare all our meals. There was even salt/pepper and some other spices to use. We forgot sugar for the coffee and it was already in the cupboard!!! LIFESAVER! There's a general store within walking distance that helped save the day when we ran out of very important provisions. Prices weren't too bad either. Overall a great choice for a fun weekend on the mountain or spending time with friends.

Condo was as advertised clean...very roomy, comfortable. If you have never been to Brian Head the location is great smack dab in the middle of town close to everything. The garage parking is a huge bonus never had that before. You won't be disappointed. We will be back again.

Christmas Gateaway

Our big family (4 generation, range from 83 years-old/my parent to 3 months-old great grand daughter/my grandniece) really enjoy our 3nights/4 days stay at the condo. Its really spacious, and enough room to accommodate our big family. Our family spend most of the time around dining room, kitchen, and living room, which are the best features of the condo. The bedrooms are all right, but we don't really like like because no window, dark and not enough lighting or sunlight, except the down stair bed room. The condo is really close to most of the facilities, both Navajo and Grand sky lifts, small shopping are about 2-3 blocks down the road. My teenage daughter, my teenage nephews could just walk or take shuttle down the block to the sky lift. Its very convenience location. Overall, we all have an excellent and wonderful time in Brian Head using the nice big condo. There are big possibility that we will go look for the same place if we go to Brian Head on the next year.

Bachelor Excursion Weekend

Lori has this down to a science. The condo easily accommodates its allowed crowd. I was hosting a group of guys for a bachelor-party/snowboard trip. The beds and futons where actually comfortable. There were enough seats and bar stools that everyone played poker in relative comfort. The fridge was large enough for more than enough beverages and the neighbors were hilarious! Nail down your freedom passes for skiing, don't procrastinate. That was the only surprise during the entire ordeal. Thanks Lori for all the memories!

This must be our 5th or 6th year that we have stayed in Lori's condo and we love it. Very roomy, we fit 12 people this year and had no problems with space. The price is right, so close to Giant Steps and perfect for a small or large family. All the amenities of home with a kitchen and 2 1/2 baths, towels, sheets, coffee maker, etc. Lori is great to work with, always accomodating if she can be if plans change. The skiing is always great in Brian Head, so close to both Zion and Bryce Canyon too. Check it out, but not on the week we go! :)

Great condo. Great location. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room so that we didn't feel crowded. Gas fireplace easily warms up the condo after a day of skiing. Kitchen had all the utensils/appliances that you would need. Good selection of DVD movies. Garage parking for 1 car so you don't need to clean off the snow in the morning. Availability of the discounted lift passes was a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

we stayed at this beautiful condo for 3 nights, and we absolutely loved it! there was 7 of us and we had more than enough room for everyone. The condo is very cozy and warm, it has everything you need such as sheets, towels, silverware etc. only 6min walk to the lifts! My personal favorite part of this condo was the balcony and the fire place. We loved everything about this place. There is nothing better than enjoying a cup of hot chocolate next to a fire place while watching a good family comedy! We stayed here for Thanksgiving 2009. We have had an amazing time and are really sad our time is coming to an end. The condo is fantastic and really has a lot of room for a large crowd. There were 9 of us and we had ample room with room to spare. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. The gas fireplace is nice and makes the room cozy. The whole place feels very homey! Working with the owners is great, the are very responsive and helpful. There wasnt much snow yet but we did get to go tubing and the kids had a lot of fun. The whole experience was great and we plan to do this again! Best Thanksgiving we have ever had!! THANK YOU!

There was a small problem that was responded to very quickly by the porperty managers. The condo wsaa the most well stocked I have ever stayed in. The selection of videos was extensive and delighted my Grand daughter. All in all we had a fantastic stay.

With this being our first stay in Brian Head, my wife and I couldn't have been happier with this condo. It was immaculate, spacious, cozy, and everything worked (having an internet connection was nice, since our cell phones didn't have coverage in Brian Head). I can highly recommend this location--while there were only 2 of us in this condo, it can very comfortably sleep and entertain 6 folks easily!

This is the best value for your money. Many of the similar properties are charging 2 to 3 times as much for similar accomodations and this one has a 4th bedroom as an option. We were warmed by wall heaters, bathroom heaters and a beautiful fireplace with a ski mantle. The outdoor deck has plenty of seating for smokers and dinning can be accomplished on the breakfast bars or dinner table. Plenty of seating is available in the living room and DVDs for many tastes. The beds are adorned with quality bedding above Hotel grade. This place worked out with a queen bed for my wife and me, queen bed for another couple, one full for my buddy, one full for another adult friend, futon for another adult friend and twin bed for one more female adult friend. There was still room in the bed for my buddy and another futon in his room unused. Would recommend this for Nellis/Creech skiiers as well as large groups of around 8 adults or three to four couples sharing beds. Jacuzzi tub is nice, towels are provided. Ski passes were used for day and night skiing. Skiing at Brian Head can be done from 0930 to 1630 and night skiing on Friday and Saturday as they dictate, usually from 1500 to 2100. All the tools for grilling are there and one spot with a heated garage helps keep the snow off the nicest vehicle in the group or the hardest vehicle to start. Also locked storage is available for your equipment with extra sleds lying around for use. Don't be afraid to call the owners for anything they are prompt in getting your request and they have contacts on the mountain.

We had a great time and enjoyed thed condo as well as the skiing. We are already planning another trip. The condo was right around the corner from Navajo Lodge or a short walk on a quiet road to Brian Head main lodge. The shuttle stop was right at the bottom of the hill or you could call them for a pick up. The Jacuzzi tub was a needed relief after a fun day on the slopes. The little shops next to Brian Head were very inviting and cordial.

I just wanted to be in touch and tell you the up-grades to the condo are wonderful!!! We loved the new carpet, tile, paint, linens, etc! The new memory foam mattress toppers are AWESOME and the new bedding is beautiful! I am looking for new bedding right now and wondered where you purchased it. Everything was gorgeous!!! We ended up with a couple less people than we had expected so with the bunk room we had far more room than we needed. Thank you for the opportunity you make available for my family each year. We love staying here. There is plenty of room for a good sized group to be comfortable and all of the ammenities to make it possible for an inexpensive vacation. You certainly can't beat the price. Close proximity to hiking in some of the most breath taking country in Utah. In the spring it is the best of both worlds because you can play in the snow one day and then drive out of the canyon for a day in the sun. We went hiking, saw the petroglyphs, went to Zion's Canyon, had picnics, and played in the snow. There is plenty to do when you need to relax after a hard day at play with movies, games, and a bbq right at the condo. You wouldn't even have to go anywhere to have a great vacation. The owner is very easy to work with and communicates promptly. We are thankful for a comfortable place to stay that we can afford.

Thanks for the stay at the condo. We had a fabulous time at your place, and we most certainly would come back and stay. Your place is spacious and clean, and the slopes are just down the road. Everything went great. My folks had a good time, we had lots of snow....and my parents who saw snow for the first time took lots of photos.

We had a great time hiking all over the place. Your condo was perfect and we loved having the DVD library. We would definitely stay there again.
