SummerPlace is located on quiet east end of Panama City Beach, close to all major attractions. We are located two miles west of St. Andrews State Park and only ten minutes from Pier Park! There are six golf courses just minutes from our front door.
Located in 18 unit complex, this two bedroom townhouse is the third unit from the heated pool. Parking is right at the front door. Only a few steps to the beach and no streets to cross, we feel our townhouse is one of the best values for an affordable family vacation. The summer rate of $825/week INCLUDES THE CLEANING FEE NO HIDDEN ADDONS OR CHARGES !! .We have added wireless internet for our guests. It even includes Super Nintendo in 2nd bedroom. All furnishings totally updated.
With 1300 square feet, two and a half baths and a TV in each bedroom, our townhouse is spacious enough for two couples to share and still have their privacy. Everything is furnished. All you need to bring is beach towels and your golf clubs. Our unit is for rent to families and mature adults. Sorry no pets allowed.

We had a wonderful time staying in your townhouse. It was quiet, not alot of traffic and the other renters/owners was so friendly felt like family.. I will recommend this place to all my friends.. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The stay was very pleasent and everyone was so nice. Close to all the attractions and very nice pool. Hope to come back soon.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We love this place! It is a perfect place to be away from traffic.Close to Schooners.Rental beach chairs close by.Not alot of units in complex so it makes it very private.It is great to be able to cookout.Always been clean.And a very helpful pool man to let you in on all the best places to go.We have been going here for about 5 years.I think you will be very pleased we this place!Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: I'm very happy that Blaine and Dorothy enjoyed my townhome #12220. I do try to keep it spotless and efficient for all renters to enjoy. Blaine and Dorothy are coming back and I am very glad to welcome them. Our maintenance man is very knowledgeable of the area and always has a kind word. Jim and I always talk baseball and college football when I am in Panama City Beach. I really feel that our unit is dollar for dollar, one of the best values on the Emerald Coast. The front door parking and proximity of the pool, along with the privacy make it one relaxing vacation!
