This ground level, 2 bedroom with "lock-off" studio is just the place to vacation "together in private"! With a full kitchen on one side and a kitchenette on the other, it is perfect for two couples or for families.
The two units have separate entry doors and yet have a connecting door within the unit. The main unit has an open living space with full kitchen, dining area and living room. The bedroom offers a queen bed. A full bath is also on this side of the unit. The sleep sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, if needed. The lock off portion has 2 queen beds with a kitchenette and full bath. This Condominium can also be rented as a separate one bedroom/one bath or a studio with a kitchenette and a full bath.
On the ground level, with a patio and garden. The Pilot House has a beautiful pool area. This unit is located in the Heart of Sandestin in the fabulous Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village features more than two dozen shops, stunning boutiques, casual and upscale dining, as well as night clubs and bars. There are also nightly events in the common area including concerts, and movies on the lawn.
When you step outside The Village you'll find within Sandestin's 2400 acres activities and amenities abound! With 72 holes of golf, as well as a full service teaching facility, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available jet ski and kayak rentals, and kid friendly activities, there is certainly something for everyone! As if that isn't enough, we unashamedly boast the world's most beautiful beaches!
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
