Our Condominium at Regatta Bay is in the last buiding on the end of the peninsula with a great water level view of the main channel.
We have upgraded the unit with a new bedroom set in the master bedroom including a king-size bed with Tempurpedic mattress. The full wall of the master bedroom is nearly floor to ceiling windows with two inch blinds that bring in the ground level view of the lake. A door from the master bedroom opens to the huge screened-in porch which can also be accessed from the living room.
There is a new plasma TV and wireless internet service in the living room plus some added furniture. In the dining room we have added a large mirror to bring a view of the lake inside as well as leather dining room chairs and breakfast bar stools.
The ceramic tiled entry has a large bay window looking out to the screened porch and the lake beyond. The second bedroom has french doors from the entry and access directly to a bathroom.
We have tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible by equipping the unit with the kind of things we like to see when we travel. For your enjoyment we have a TV in each bedroom as well as the living room (all equipped with Cable and DVD players). We also have a welcome book with instructions for each of the TV, DVD, and VCR operations, plus lots more info about the area.

All this close to quality resturants like Ruthie D's, Andre's, The Blue Heron, Lil Rizzo's and JB Hooks. We try to have the property just the way we like a property when we travel. In the unit we have a three ring binder with everything from emergency numbers to a list of the resturants we like best. (Nothing beats the batter fried lobster at The Blue Heron for a special night out.) The water level location (30 feet from the water) offers the perfect unobstructed view that's as good as it gets. Relaxing with an adult beverage in hand in the screened porch seems to deflate the stress of our every day lives.
Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
We bought here mainly because of the view. We had owned another condo which like most offered a great view of the top of boat docks. Our view is something you don't find often. Also the location close to fine dining (Ruthie D's, The Horny Toad, Lil Rizzo's, The Blue Heron, Baxters and B.J. Hooks and more)... just made my mouth water.

Our family of 4 has been using VRBO since 2003, renting over 10 properties around the world, and this rental was one of the most beautifully decorated and well stocked rentals that we've ever had. The photos and descriptions are exactly as described. We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a completely relaxing time at the lake!

It is a beautiful condo and furnished so nicely. Our family was so comfortable and would consider using this condo again. The Tempur-Pedic mattress sure was a nice bonus in the master. We may need to order one when we return.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! We hope to do it again… your condo is very accommodating to guests. I do appreciate the little extra touches (pair of reading glasses). Nicely furnished and decorated. I loved the King Tempur-Pedic! We also enjoyed the personal and humorous commentary in the instruction manual, ie “The Land That Time Forgot“ How appropriate! - Ed and Angie K P.S. Our favorite Restaurant on Horseshoe Bend is The Duck at the end of Cherokee Rd. All the ones you suggested were also very good.
