FABULOUS, "all new" custom home with many beautiful architectural accents throughout on 1.25 acres. Very private and extremely quiet with gorgeous distant sunset views! This home has everything you could ask for and more. If you're looking to get your family together and truly enjoy some time in San Diego then this is the place for you. The home sits at the end of a quiet culdesac with absolutely no noise or nearby city lights. It has a gorgeous new free form pool with 2 waterfalls and is designed with water volleyball in mind with the deep area in the middle. It has a raised spa with room to sit around it and a large Baja shelf for the young ones to play on. A regulation size sand volleyball court, badminton on the lawn, a classy solid teak pool table, outdoor Barbeque, horseshoes, 2 play structures for all ages with a rock climbing wall, swings and a slide. Play all day or just curl up on the hammock and swing from the old oak tree and watch everyone else run around and play! Perhaps someone would even bring you a cold iced tea.
The three car garage is set up as a play room with a big screen TV with the latest WII SPORTS & MARIO KART games. There is also a Ping Pong table, darts for adults and children and an electric basketball game for 2 people to play. Outside you will find a half-court basketball hoop also. For those of you who don't wish to play, there are many places to sit, relax and watch all the fun!

The interior of the home is layed out with a hugh greatroom that has a new 68" HDTV Entertainment center. Just out the Greatroom is the pool and play area, very close so you can keep an eye on what fun is taking place outside from inside the home. Many outdoor tables and chairs are set up for everyone to be together outdoors too. The gourmet kitchen looks out into the greatroom as does the formal dining room. The greatroom has a pellet stove which will cozy up the entire house in a very short period of time with a special warmth all it's own: or just turn on the central zoned heating system. Perfect for family reunions or just the best vacation ever.

As an extra you may book Surf Lessons, a Hot Air Balloon ride over Del Mar or Temecula Valley Wine Country. We can arrange a quided motorcycle tour of our Southern California Coast or go inland to the mountains of Idylwild or Julian for a piece of well know home made Apple Pie. (Local Harley Davidson rentals available).

We can provide all of this for you upon your request. Plus, if you're having too much fun out and about and don't want the hassle of shopping and cooking, many restaurants will deliver!!

  • WOW...what a great vacation home! We can only underscore what other families have said here...the property is fabulous, and Randy and Sharon are absolutely wonderful! Even with all of the amazing southern CA attractions that we visited, our family could not wait to get back to "our" house each time. We have encountered one problem, however: Withdrawal from this resort-like home and returning to real life has proven quite challenging!!!

  • There is a reason that when you look at the calendar for this house it is booked all summer. Where do I begin?? When you drive up the driveway you realize right away that you have made the perfect choice of a home to spend a week with family or friends. The house has amazing curb appeal. After you enter the home you are stunned by the ample room in the great room with kitchen attached area. But the real beauty comes with the privacy of the enormous back yard. The pool/spa was plenty big for our group of 13 people with generous seating areas around the pool and fire pit. The sand volleyball courts, badminton court, horseshoe pits, ping pong table, darts, pool table, and wii games provide hours of entertainment for the little ones as well as the older children (men)!! The nights are incredibly quiet and relaxing. We made breakfast and dinner nearly every day and the kitchen had all the necessities of home. There were more than enough beds to provide sleeping quarters for our large group. The beds were quite comfy!!! Our group loved the house and would not hesitate to stay there again!! Sharon and Randy were very accommodating hosts and made us feel at home. Thanks for the memories that will be cherished forever!! Anyone thinking of renting this property.....look no further you have found your dream vacation home!!

  • A fabulous time was had by all!! We booked the house as an alternative to a hotel for a business planning meeting, and added a holiday get together because the house was so great. The home is beautifully appointed (comfy beds and lots of seating) and had great activity options for all ages. Billiards, ping pong, volleyball, basketball and a pool with jacuzzi all on site entertainment. The owners made our stay extra enjoyable with their attention to detail; they even provide mapquested directions to all the popular SoCal attractions, but why drive in traffic when you can enjoy your own personal resort? Our group travels for a living, and we all felt like here we had a home away from home. We will definitely be back!!

  • Our family has rented vacation houses for several years, but never have we rented a home! The home was beautiful, with every amenity. The pool was the biggest I have ever seen and the hot tub was hard to leave! The setting was gorgeous, the mountains in the distance, the humming birds and flowers profuse. Our family had a relaxing time and next time we have the opportunity to visit sunny California we will be sure to stay at this home.

  • WOW! I can not say enough about this house! Our entire family enjoyed every aspect of this house. From grandparents to infants, everyone had a blast. The pool, badmitten court, ping pong table, pool table, too many things to list, was all used and enjoyed. This house is maintained very well, is very clean and Randy and Sharon are the best hosts. If you are looking for a vacation home, you have found it! This property is truly amazing. My children had just as much fun at the house as they did in Disney. Thank you for opening up your wonderful house and letting us create memories! We will be back!
