My sister and I rented two units for our annual family reunion. The units were very spacious and beautiful. The location was great, and everyone had a great time. The kids spent all day in the pool. We brought our boat and rented dock space behind the unit. Saw lots of dolphons in the bay. Beautiful sunsets. We would definitely rent here again.

I almost don't want to write this review because I want this place for myself every year!!! But I owe it to Shawn who has been such a great host for 2 years in a row. We stayed in both of her units and we loved them both. The building is small enough where you get the feeling like you are at home, and the condos are amazing inside. The units are very spacious and perfect for toddlers who like to run around. We also rented a crib from a local business and they had no problems getting the unit opened and crib installed where we needed it to be. All bedrooms have large walk in closets which can serve as baby's room essentially. No need to bring anything with you except beach towels. The location is a quick 5 min walk from the beach which is wonderful. If you prefer lounging by the pool, usually there is no one at the pool so you can have it all to yourself. The view from the balcony is great too and we spent tons of time outside just talking and enjoying sunsets. I could go on forever, but you get the picture. Perfect location, great amenities, wonderful host. Will come back again for sure.

My friends and I stayed at this condo and it was all it was promised to be. Photos are exactly correct. The unit is large, clean and very comfortable. 4 TV's in the unit made it easy to be separated from friends when needed (smile). Shawn was a delight to work with, as this was my first internet rental and I was a nervous wreck!! She made it very easy for me. The location is amazing...a short 2 block walk to the beach, resturants and shopping just as close. Do not hesitate to book this unit.

Our family of four (two kids, 5 and 3) stayed in this very spacious and beautiful condo May 20-25. Very conveniently located, close to the white sandy beach, restaurants and grocery store, this is a truly amazing place. We loved to watch the sunsets and fishing pelicans from the balcony, the kids really enjoyed the pool and all the beach toys provided by the owner. Shawn made sure we had all the information about things to do in the area. We just felt that confortable in the condo and we'd love to come back.

I highly recommend this condo for anyone. It was perfect for our family with children, but I can also imagine it if I had gone alone with my husband. The condo was fabulous. Everything was top of the line! How often do you go on vacation and want to take the bed home with you? It was just that comfortable. The views of the sunset and the rainbow we saw over the bay brought tears to my eyes. We had a rental car from the airport, but I think next time we might just take a cab. Everything is in walking distance. The pool is shaded which is perfect if you have small children that need to be out of the sun. My husband loved it so much that he wants to buy the condo that was for sale downstairs, but that is a little unrealistic - but it's ok to dream. All I can say is perfect!

This is a lovely condo unit with as much space as you would ever need. The 3 bedrooms and baths are all spacious while the kitchen area, DR and LR are open concept and have everything you need on vacation. Pool was a little cool at first but the manager turned up the heat and it was perfect. Location is great so that you can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Really couldn't get much better. The security getting into the building could have been better since anyone could get in thru the pool area quite easily. Remember to bring your beach towels and plastic drink bottles for around the pool as these are not provided (everything else is!).

My family and I (wife + 3 teen children 5 of us in all) this condo in July 2007. It actually surpassed our expectations when we arrived. The Condo had more room than we expected by far! It was in a great location, maybe 3 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. The garage is secure and has limited access which was great for me from a security stand point with my family. The owner did everything possible to get me additional info about things to do in the area, recommendations on restaurants, directions etc... If we go back to the Clearwater Beach area we already know where we will be staying.
