Self contained Condominium in beautiful San Jose Mexico. Peaceful and relaxing area. Well maintained pool and garden area. Clean. Ten minute walk to down town San Jose, shopping, beautiful restaurants, plus lots of small, clean mexican restaurants. Just yards away from a wonderful coffee shop, selling lattes, breakfast lunch, supper in the evening has happy hour, first drink free with dinner, etc. Twenty minutes (by car or taxi) to Cabo, with its beautiful marina, swimming with the dolphins, shopping.Ten minutes to beach.
Our condo` is looked after by an onsite property manager who is available should you need assistance.

About the owner: Rick Hay and Brenda Dedrick and we live in Ladysmith in B.C Canada. Rick is Canadian and a retired bus driver and Brenda is from the U.K but has been in Canada for 30 years and is a self employed hairstylist. . We have 3 daughters and one Grandaughter. This photo was taken at hobeneros, one of our favourite restaurents right on our doorstop in San Jose.

As soon as we had been in San jose for just a few days,we knew that we would love to buy a place in this area. We have been lucky enough to buy in Laguna Vista and have made some wonderful new friends. We both feel it`s a safe place for people to visit, I have been on my own and walk everywhere with no worries.

The warmth of course! We love the restaurants, the people are so friendly and even the workers in Laguna Vista have become friends. When work has become hectic, we love knowing that our haven awaits and we can re-charge our batteries in such a lovely place. We have no regrets at all about buying where we have and as some of our friends and realatives have made return trips to our condo`, they feel the same.
