Our home consists of four bedrooms and three baths, living room, dining area, and large kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, tile flooring and stainless appliances. Double decks off the rear of the home overlook the dunes, sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean! Upstairs master bedroom and one other bedroom have access to the oceanfront upper deck. Accommodates up to 12 people with two queen beds, one double, two sets of bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. New metal roof, hardwood flooring in family room and dining, extra-wide walkway to beach and outdoor shower with hot and cold water are just a few of the other amenities of this home. Centrally located on the island, our home is extremely convenient to the island shops, restaurants, fishing spots and fresh seafood establishments.

Sunny Season: Jun 01-Aug 30 .................... $2450/week.
Sandy Season: May 05-Jun 01 and Aug 30-Sep 13 .. $1650/week.
Off   Season: Sep 13-Dec 30 and Dec 30-May 05 $1100/week or $200/nt.
Weekly Rental Rates include departure cleaning.
Partial week and nightly rentals do not include departure cleaning.
Departure cleaning fee for partial week rentals is $100.00
